pop off the front then take the screws out then pull forward and disconnect all the wires

You could have shorted it out. I have a digital instrument cluster that has shorted out in the displays and the rest of the dash went with it. I've been looking for a replacement for 4 years and still haven't found one. Good luck.

If the instrument panel wonÕt light up, there may be a problem with the wiring. There may also be some fuses that are out.

Chrysler doesn't use inertia switches. The fuel system is computer controlled with relays

I had this problem i just went to a shop and paid a mechanic $20 to weld it and it was fixed. I have seen and have a friend now with a 1994 where lf door upper hinge weld breaking away from body if that helps.

The 1995 Lebaron came with the 3.0L V6 engine only. The oxygen sensor is behind and below the engine low to the firewall. Removal of the air filter box is necessary to access the sensor. A specific O-sensor socket with a slit in the side is used to install the sensor without damaging the wires. If you are not keeping the old O-sensor wires intact then use a regular deep-set 7/8in socket to remove the sensor if the slit-socket spreads to much to remove it. Just cut the wires off so the regular socket fits over the sensor. Fun, Huh?

Yopu have to take the whole unit out.. removes seats.. panels undo 10 mm bolts.. disconnect power lead to window motor.. etc..

What you find with these motors is that they seize up.. just undo the motor from the rotor assy.. free off the motor.. and text it on a bench.. it should work..

Next.. add a good dose off 3 in 1 oil into rotor assy windingsthis should help free the windings.. they seize because where they sit in the window well they get wet.. or cold and the grease solidifies etc..

->> usually only the Lebarons rear window motores up to 1990 got wet, the newer ones hat other problems:

check fuel, spark, and air...if they're all good, check compression. on automatics you need to make sure its in park, (neutral/park safety switch). you may try rowing thru the gear select (automatics) as these might break loose any dirt that might be on the contacts (neutral/park safety switch)

-> if the ignition lights are on, the wire to the neutral switch is off, loose or broken ...

Hi, If you have the 3.0 v6 engine, it's pretty easy. The power steering belt is actually the serpentine belt, the large belt with the grooves. Everything runs off this except for the air conditioner which has it's on v-belt. You will need to remove this belt first because it's in fron of the serpentine belt. If you look under the top coolant hose or under the distributor cap, there is a plastic cover. The cover has the diagram printed on it. If it is faded or unable to read, just take a pencil and paper and draw all pully's and the way the belt is routed. There is a belt tensioner pulley which you will have to loosen before the belt can be removed. This requires a special tool or sometimes you can get away with a tire iron or something narrow but rigid enough to loosen the tensioner. Slip the belt off and then start from the bottom with the new one and just work your way around all the pully's. It takes some patience but pretty easy to do.

It doesn't fold down. It is bolted in place.

u can try to use a tap n dye set but I doubt u will have much luck whatever u do don't heat it u might want to look into( heally coils) I dont know if I spelled that wright

I think it is spelled, Hellix. Take it from me. Unless your prepared for a long haul, don't bother with those. They do make something called, Threaded inserts. Here's the issue for this whole thing however. The metal the thermostat sits in is Aluminum. The bolts are cast steel or iron. They fuse to the thermostat housing over time. If you keep trying stuff, that metal just keeps detiorating. Then you can't use anything in the hole because it is vertually gone. So the best thing to do is take off the housing. It is not that hard. This way you can heat the bolt with a gas or argon torch so it will be able to be removed. If heating the bolt shank won't remove it. For as little as $20, at a Napa Auto parts, you can get a new housing. I know someone who didn't take this step and tried the coils, inserts etc. What should have taken 1/2 hour, took 2 months.
