Sounds like a rotten Hall Sensor (Camshaft sensor), replace it and your problem is gone

Best thing to do (and its free) take it to an auto parts store. Use their code scanner to erase all codes in the computer. Takes no more than 5 minutes.

I should because they're both Chrysler 3.0 engines , as long as the two have the same mounts, wiring etc. and are both man. or both auto.

This should work on most any LeBaron from 87 - 95 (or 96. Can't remember when production stopped.)

There are several adjustment points on the convertible top. The first of these is more easily done when the top is halfway down. Near the front of the top on the side, there are two bolts. They should be around three to six inches from the end of the top and if the top were closed, they would be above the driver and passenger front windows. Loosen the bolts and it should let you slide the end of the convertible top in and out. This is good for a range of about two inches or so.

The second adjustment is for the pivot point above the drivers and passengers front windows. If it's adjusted wrong, this pivot will sag and your windows won't be able to go up all the way. The top should be straight above the windows. If it's not, do this adjustment. This will take two people, preferably one with good endurance and strength. Put the top all the way up and latch it. Have someone sit in the back seat and pull aside the interior cloth on the top, right behind the back window. You will want to be accessing the area right behind the rear speaker. There is a long, round arm that comes down and attaches to a sliding plate. The plate is about 2 - 3inches long by an inch and 1/2 wide. Loosen the two bolts until the gripping teeth on the flat side of the little plate release. The pivot point above the window should now be sagging considerably. Have a second person stand outside of the car and push up on the pivot point above the window until it's straight. This will take a bit of strength and endurance, because you have to hold it for a while while the bolts are being tightened back down. When the angle above the window is straight, tighten the bolts down in the back on the arm and it should be set.

Lastly, you can adjust the little hooks that latch the top down. I'm not sure on the size, but there is a little Allen wrench hole on the front of the hook (towards the windshield). Loosen it and it will allow you to turn the hook in and out. This gives you a little bit of adjustment if your hooks just aren't reaching far enough, or if they're too loose and your top doesn't snug down tight. Be careful not to extend the hooks too far because if they're only holding on with a few threads, the threads might give way and then you have to find and purchase a new hook.

Hello,there three relays under the hood on the drivers side ,one is on thedrivers side fenderthis is the a/c cycling relay,two relays are on the shock mount tower,theone one the left is the starter relay,the one to the right of it is the fan relay!Check the plug going to coolant temperature sensor for spread sockets for fan problems also! GOOD luck

Well first try the easy part take the battery out and go get it tested if its still good move on to the next part take the alternator out and take it to an auto parts store and get it tested. I had same problem it turned out to be starter ashort in starter will also drain battery

The four door Chrysler LeBaron door panels are held in place with two retaining bolts and eight retaining clips. Remove the retaining bolts and pry outward on the retaining clips.

Where the stereo was mounted they should be two sets of wires the one with the grey plug on the end is the hot,ground,etc. And the one with the black plug on the end is your front and back speakers. I hope this has helped!

Yes but you might have to get the bcm off the car you are taking the dash out of. I have a 91 Lebaron convertible that came from factory with the digital dash.

You add fluid down the same hole that the dipstick came out of.

If you have a manual transmission, you're in good shape. If it's an automatic, you might want to use a dolly to lift the front wheels. They are renable from and u-haul, or try loking in the trading times.

It is located in the Fuel Tank which means the Tank will need to be dropped in order to replace the Pump.

This car uses a Fuel Injection system (either MPFI, SPFI, or TBI: dependent on what motor is has) and the idle is not adjustable through normal means. The idle is controlled by an IAC (idle air control valve) that is computer controlled. While there are set screws that will change the idle they will also cause trouble codes (as they are hidden, and used for other adjustments / reasons).

Speed sensors are not user serviceable parts. The sensor needs to be replaced, and is usually either screwed in or bolted on making the replacement easy.

Sounds like a stuck lock switch. Try disconnecting each lock switch one at a time until it shuts off. Then replace that switch. Start with the driver side since that is the one that will like fail first.

I, too, have a 1995 LeBaron and I bought it used...it did not come with a user's manual. The alarm has gone off a few times for no reason. I found that the only way to turn it off is by unlocking the driver's door with the key, even if the door is already unlocked. I also noticed that it goes off for no reason when I lock the doors with the lock switch on the inside and shut the door and the alarm set icon illuminates and stays on for a little bit. Sometimes I lock the doors from the inside and shut the driver's door and the alarm icon will blink...then the alarm is fine and will not go off for no reason. When the icon does not blink, instead it stays illuminated and then, after a few moments, darkens, then be ready to race out to the car when the alarm goes off. I wish I could disable it or figure out exactly how it works.
