Has the 'Einstein Pals' DVD been released?

Yes, it was made. There were 2 DVD's made: Colors and Numbers. I was in both as a voice.

11/24/08 I just spoke with an 800-representative at the Baby Einstein company inquiring about the release. I was hoping to get a copy for my 2 y.o. for Christmas. She didn't know so she checked with the DVD department, came back to me and said it isn't being released until Spring 2009 due to production issues. "PRODUCTION ISSUES?" It's a stinkin' kids' show! What kind of issues could there possibly be?! I'm very disappointed.

05/01/09 Making a puppet look like it is walking all on its own is not easy. Some of the images and scenes may need to be digitized this leads to months or years of production and post production work. Lets just say Disney doesn't have the experience the Jim Henson Company does.

What is the auxiliary drawing?

Auxiliary views utilize an additional projection plane other than the common planes in a multiview. Since the features of an object need to show the true shape and size of the object, the projection plane must be parallel to the object surface. Therefore, any surface that is not in line with the three major axis needs its own projection plane to show the features correctly.

Advantages of electronic data processing?

Electronic Data Processing (EDP)

can refer to the use of automated methods to process commercial data. Typically, this uses relatively simple, repetitive activities to process large volumes of similar information. For example: stock updates applied to an inventory, banking transactions applied to account and customer master files, booking and ticketing transactions to an airline's reservation system, billing for utility services.

Similarities between the photocopier and a scanner?

A modern photocopier can be thought of as consisting of a scanner and a printer tied together. A scanner throws light on an original document and uses light detection devises to tell which parts are dark and which are light. Color scanners can tell the difference not only between black and white but between various colors. The scanner then creates an electronic file that records the light/dark or color variations in a coded form and send it to a computer, along a telephone line (as a FAX), or to a printer. The printer portion of a modern photocopier receives an electronic file coding the image of a page and converts it to instructions for illluminating a photoreceptor, which changes electrical charge when exposed to light. The printer then applies toner (dry ink) to the photoreceptor and the ink sticks where the charge holds it and falls off where the charge does not hold it. The pattern thus created is transfered to paper and stuck to the paper by application of heat and pressure. The result is a very good copy of the original.

Is a graphic tablet a input or output device?

Input. You draw on it, the movements are converted into digital data which goes INTO the computer. The answers are normally the logical ones.

How is graphical tablet use?

Pen tablet is a digital device which is connected to your laptop or computer. Pen tablets are used as when it comes to drawing and arts pen works better than mouse. More detailed and better designs can be made through pen tablets.

Why isn't the caps lock capitalized?

It's not a proper noun. Its a pronoun. The only pronouns that are capitalized by convention are "I" and pronouns referring to God.

The grammar rules of the English language have a lot of oddities because of the diverse origins that merged into Standard North American English, and all the other versions of English as well.

What are ESD precautions?

ESD stands for Electrostatic Discharge. You should avoid the possibility of static building up when working with PC components by ensuring that you are grounded at all times. You can do this by using a special anti-static wristband, which is available very cheaply. Alternatively, touch the chassis of your PC case often, or hold the chassis with one hand while touching any sensitive components.

How are laser rays used on burning process of CD and DVD?

CD-R's use a sort of fluid in them that reflect light but don't after it is burned. A computer uses a code of 1's and 0's so the laser light from a CD ROM is bounced of by the reflection and is counted as a 1 and when it is not bounced back is a 0, so the laser burns the fluid.

How does a USB host controller work?

The USB Process When the host powers up, it queries all of the devices connected to the bus and assigns each one an address. This process is called enumeration -- devices are also enumerated when they connect to the bus. The host also finds out from each device what type of data transfer it wishes to perform: Interrupt - A device like a mouse or a keyboard, which will be sending very little data, would choose the interrupt mode. Bulk - A device like a printer, which receives data in one big packet, uses the bulk transfer mode. A block of data is sent to the printer (in 64-byte chunks) and verified to make sure it is correct. Isochronous - A streaming device (such as speakers) uses the isochronous mode. Data streams between the device and the host in real-time, and there is no error correction. The host can also send commands or query parameters with control packets. As devices are enumerated, the host is keeping track of the total bandwidth that all of the isochronous and interrupt devices are requesting. They can consume up to 90 percent of the 480 Mbps of bandwidth that is available. After 90 percent is used up, the host denies access to any other isochronous or interrupt devices. Control packets and packets for bulk transfers use any bandwidth left over (at least 10 percent). The Universal Serial Bus divides the available bandwidth into frames, and the host controls the frames. Frames contain 1,500 bytes, and a new frame starts every millisecond. During a frame, isochronous and interrupt devices get a slot so they are guaranteed the bandwidth they need. Bulk and control transfers use whatever space is left. The technical links at the end of the article contain lots of detail if you would like to learn more.

What is the official name for the computer tower?

Tower: That is the name for a computer that would be too big to fit on a desk, and therefore has to stand on its own.

Desktop: can fit on a desk, or can stand depending on where the user wants to put it, a tower is much sturdier and larger than a desktop box.

What are the properties of a semiconductor?

There are a few (general) properties of semiconductors:

  • Allowing current to move more easily in one direction than another
  • Operating better at high temperature (as opposed to normal conductors where the reverse is true)
  • The can exhibit variable resistance
  • They can be sensitive to light
  • They can be sensitive to heat
  • Can used to produce coherent light (semiconductor lasers)

The exact property is determined by the make up of the semi-conductor

The basic element of a semiconductor memory is the memory cell. Although a variety of electronic technologies are used, all semiconductor memory cells share certain properties:

  • They exhibit two stable (or semi-stable) states, which can be used to represent binary 1 and 0.
  • They are capable of being written into (at least once), to set the state.
  • They are capable of being read to sense the state.

When is a surge protector needed?

Usually surge protectors are helpful in thunderstorms. You may never know what the storm may bring. They help protect from computer crashes, due to random power outages from the storm.

How do you clean the inside of the computer?

You can clean a computer inside and outside without problems with some basic care. You need to protect it from static and and any thing which can short circuit any part of the electronics when you turn it on again. To dissipate static from your body, You need to ground yourself touch a metal part regularly or use a anti-static wrist pad connected to ground/metal body of the computer. You can separate cables etc from parts (you should have knowledge on how and where to put back all the connections). clean parts with a cotton cloth (may use a PCB cleaner) and or a compressed gas container to blow away all the dust. Clean the vent fans and filters which tend to gather a lot of dust. Cleaning the heat sinks also helps cool down the chips better than if covered with dust. Make sure every thing is dry and no connections loose and no unwanted metal parts inside the computer when you close it.

Use a hair drier carefully.

Can email with pictures be copied to a CD?

What are the advantages of digital electronics?

digital electronics is nothing but dealing 0's and 1's..
digital stand for digit. basically it has two states "1" as true and "0" false. This also known as machine language since computers simply understand these two states true or false. the machine then makes decision based on the program premise of what to do when true or false

Alternatively, Digital electronics is the study of decision circuits in computing.

Why does my car amplifier turnoff when I turn up the volume sort of high It never used to?

I'm almost positive that your ground wire on the amplifier is loose, check the connection to the amp and then check the connection to the ground on your car, make sure it is tight and corrosion free. If this doesn't work, make sure your ground wire is of heavy guage ( thick). make sure that the ground wire is not any longer than it has to be. Keep in mind when it comes to ground wires the bigger the better. Make sure you have a healthy ground on the car (bare metal or the frame itself). Hope this helps. Shane (vmax33)

Whar are the Disadvantages of graphic tablet?

What is more accurate Duel Core or Core 2 Duo?

Seeing as Core 2 Duo sounds redundant (since 2 is the same as duo), I would say that Duel Core is more accurate, unless they are two different things. If they aren't the same, core 2 Duo could be an upgrade from duel core, but that just might be just me.

Will a 15DC 1000mA power supply work on a device needing 15DC 1500mA power supply?

Your question is confusing, but if you are asking whether you can use a 9V/250 mA adapter to supply a load device rated at 5 V/1000 mA, then the rule is quite straightforward. The adapter's rated output voltage must match that of the intended load, but its rated current must exceed that of the load. So in your example, you cannot use the adapter with the intended load.

What does liasion mean?

I think you mean liaison, which may be a coordination, a coordinator, an unmarried love affair, a pronounced consonant linking two words, and it may be something used to thicken liquid. I hope this answers your question.
