MKV stands for MatrosKa Video. It is a very popular file format for High Definition video.
They are also, more commonly referred to as, "Multi Kinetic Video" and is encoded and intended to work better over wireless connections.
MKV. file transfers also, due to their format, are notorious for NOT traveling well through wired connections. Such as Cable connections ect..... . Specifically, for the best streaming results it is better to use tablets, phones, laptops and similar devices. If you use strictly "Hardline" devices, they will work fine only slower. Which admittedly is strange, but true. As always, don't take my word for it. Test this yourself and come to your own conclusions. (R.B. Doss Shadow Dragon Gaming Computer Co. ltd)
Is there anyway to get 120V 60hz from a 240V 50hz power supply?
Broadly, a "biometric device" is any device that measures a biological function or trait. As related to computers, biometric devices are used to control access and/or verify identity. Voice recognition, retinal scanners, palm/fingerprint scanners are all examples of biometric devices. A biometric scanner will take a picture (your fingerprint, your retina) and match it to a previous scan kept on file. Other types of biometric devices, such as voice recognition systems, will record your voice and compare the recording to a sample on file.
light source underneath the picture or document illuminates the image. space white or black reflect more light than do inked and colored area.
a motor moves the scan head underneath the page.when the scan head is moving it capture light that was reflected from individual areas of the page about 1/90,000 of an inch.
If you mean E=MC2 (squared) then it means Energy= Mass x the speed of light (represented by the C) squared. Einstein's theory of relativity.
High quality graphic tablets include the Wacom Intuos4, MonoPrice #6251, Wacom Bamboo Create, Wacom Cintiq, and VTPenPad. The price of these vary, and are listed on Amazon from 39.99 to 199.99.
What are the advantages of arts in technology?
I'm sure it depends on which design school you selected. Virtually all art schools have programs in graphic design and general design concepts that could be useful in fashion design but not all art schools have specific fashion design courses. I would try and find a school that has a fashion design curriculum.
Is a computer small enough to fit in one hand?
Mostly any handheld device is a computer. Your iPhone, calculator, etc. It depends on what you what the computer to do. A calculator will obviously calculate numbers and equations for you (perhaps in graph them).
An Iphone (or any other internet abled phone) while allow you to search the web and look up maps, etc.
GPS is a computer as well. (Global Positioning System) GPS uses satillite to position where you are at.
There are many computers that do certain things that help us move along through life more easily.
How does a semiconductor work?
we know that in a transistor we have three types of regions: EMITTER, COLLECTOR, BASE, and we know that emitter is highly doped, so charge carriers are very high, so resistance is very less, and on the other side collector is moderately doped so charge carriers are less, so resistance is very high. So from the above concept we conclude that in a transistor current is flowing from low resistance to high resistance. for example the 100 electrons are moving from emitter to base, in base only some (4 electrons) of the electrons are neutralized, and remaining 96 electrons are moved to collector terminal through high resistance path. so now same current flowing through high resistance so voltage amplified.
Camera is not connecting to computer?
Try restarting computer then manually go to my computer and see if its connected
What are the advantages and disadvantages between an optical mouse and a ball mouse?
The laser of the optical mouse may bounce off certain colors and shapes on a mouse pad. * There are no disadvantages to a optical mouse. The optical mouse just works better and smoother than the ball mouse, and you never have to worry about the ball getting dirty or hanging. I would suggest getting an optical mouse and throwing the ball mouse away. For this you definitly need the opinion of someone who has to sufffer the ball mouse at least once a week. ie: School pupils. I have two IT lessons a fortnight, and at our school you have a choice between overly chunky optical mice or cheap, way too light ball mice. I end up tolerating the ball mice as I am very picky about my mice. I, personally like mice with a bit of weight on them, but the thick plastic outer of the school's optical mice is ridiculous. Generally, schools don't provide pupils with mousemats on the theory that they will be nicked/tooexpensive, so the only way to get the ball mice to operate in a friendly manner is to clean it before use, or use your science book as a substitute mousemat. The moral of this long-winded story is:
Can you use DVD-r to burn movies?
Yes, but it depends on what DVD disc your DVD burner supports. Take an example, I could burn my movies and videos to DVD-r, DVD+r, DVD-rw, DVD+rw because my DVD burner supports those discs.
And please note that you need not only a DVD-r, but a DVD burner software to do the burning job.
Can combination of paging and segmentation result in better performance?
* Combine Paging and Segmentation ** Structure *** Segments correspond to logical units: code, data, stack. Segments vary in size and are often large. *** Each segment contains one or more (fixed-size) pages. ** Two levels of mapping to make tables manageable (2 look-ups!) *** Page table for each segment. * Segments Pages Advantages ** Advantages of Segments *** Supports sparse address spaces. If segment is not used, no need for page table. Decreases memory required for page tables. ** Advantages of Paging*** Eliminate external fragmentation. ** Advantages of Both. Increases flexibility of sharing. Share at two levels: Page or segment (entire page table). * Segments + Pages Disadvantages ** Internal fragmentation increases. Last page of every segment in every process . ** Increases overhead of accessing memory *** 1 or 2 overhead references for every real reference. ** Large page tables *** Two potential solutions: Page the user page tables (multilevel page table), Inverted page table.
Different between schottky diode and zener diode?
pn junction diode conducts current in one directions where as the zener diode conducts in both the directions. large current flow damage the PN junction diode but zener diode conducts eventhough there is a large current........
Can a Mac Mini that has a DVI output be connected to an HDTV with an HDMI input?
I have a Sony KDL-52XBR4 connected to my Mac-Mini via a DVI to HDMI cable and it works fine. All I did was change the resolution to get it working. I'm pretty sure is in the 1280x800 range (I'm moving and the TV is in transit so I can't check at the moment). BUT, it does work and I use it all the time to watch iTunes & surf on Safari to watch Hulu. There is one quirk, the MacMini will invert the colors periodically, but I found a script someone else wrote that resets the display settings.
Can a 14-year-old try living with the other parent without having to go to court in Florida?
A 14 year old can't decide which parent to live with as a juvenile. That determination is made by the court. If everyone's okay with the decision, the court papers wouldn't necessarily have to be changed, though it would protect the parents. If, however, both parents are not amenable to the decision to move, a parent would have to petition the court for a change in custody orders.
Is there a sequel to Angus thongs and perfect snogging?
"maybe, maybe not.....question you should ask is"if there is a sequel to angus thongs and full-frontal snogging?" maybe then there would be another movie to go with the book."
Well the movie is based on the novel "Angus, Thongs, and full Frontal Snogging " by Louise Rennison and along with that book there is a ten book series I presume. The film definitely made a lot more money then they thought so there possibly could be a sequel and there are plenty more books left so they can make the sequel.
-----
I know for one thing that there are ten books (there aren't going to be anymore sadly) and that the first movie was BASED on the first two books, and I somewhat doubt that there will be a second movie. Hopefully there will be though!!
Who built the first computer and how it was?
A: For personal computer has to be apple. They had a scheme all set up give the apple to schools for free, WHY? Any computer is worthless unless there is software to run it. So students pick it up and generated simple sometimes useful software to run it. IBM big in sales force but no idea followed to make money walla Microsoft got the contract for DOS disk operating system that Was written in one month but the nerd bill gates. I think that is remarkable What i think remarkable is the insistence of IBM to restrict the memory to 640k They thought that nobody will ever write a program needing all those memories
What is the unit of random access memory?
Random access memory (usually known by its acronym, RAM) is a type of computer data storage. It takes the form of integrated circuits that allow the stored data to be accessed in any order - that is, at random and without the physical movement of the storage medium or a physical reading head. RAM is a volatile memory as the information or instructions stored in it will be lost if the power is switched off.

Is ARM11 a Von Neumann or Harvard architecture?
It depends what ARM you're talking about. The ARM7 uses the Van Neumann bus architecture (one bus for both data and instructions, and never both at the same time). The ARM9 uses a Harvard bus architecture (separate buses, one each for data and instructions).
What was the purpose of making the first electronic computer?
The first electronic computer, the Atanasoff Berry Computer, was invented because Doctor John Vincent Atanasoff at the University of Iowa in Ames Iowa had too many large difficult to solve systems of simultaneous equations. The machine was invented one night in a bar in Indiana where Atanasoff had gone to get away and the ideas started coming together. It was built between 1939 and 1942. Atanasoff designed it to solve systems of simultaneous equations of up to 29 variables, because this would handle most of his problems without having to make the machine too big (it came out about the size of an office desk).
