disconnected neg battery cable remove bolt and nut attaching starter to bell housing. turn starter slightly and disconnect wires from starter. remove bolt from intermediate shaft at steering box and position out of the way. then remove starter though fender well. reverse procedure

Even if you are looking at one that has it, it may not be obvious because it folds down for a flat cargo area behind the second row seat. Look for the headreasts right up against the second row seat backs and you will know if it has it or not. also look for the release buckle and the strap that pulls the seat back into the upright position. When the seat is up, there is very little cargo room. Maybe half a set of golf clubs.

I had the ABS light the light (which is the TCS indicator light) and the TCS light all on at the same time. Turned out to be one of my ABS sensors. According to my repair manual it states many diff things with all 4 lights involved with the TCS/ABS system. If its just the TCS system and not ABS then you will have only the TCS light on. If you have all 4 lights on (the 3 mentioned above) and the (Brake) light on then you have a problem with your entire ABS system. Hope this helps.

How do you remove/replace a water pump on a 1996 Infiniti J30? Remove radiator hoses. Remove induction tubing for the air filter. Remove the fan and all belts. Remove timing belt cover. Remove and replace thermostat at same time as pump. The water pump is BEHIND the timing belt. The timing belt will need replacing at this time to obtain access to the pump. I tried to replace mine on the side of the road in emergency situation by prying the timing belt out of the way. It worked, but I damaged the belt and the tensioner. And thusly, had to go back and replace those too. But common sense in the labor department: Replace the thermostat, water pump, fan blades and fan clutch, ALL radiator hoses, bypass hoses and clamps, radiator and belts at the same time. I have 250k on my J30, and these have all needed replacing eventually.

for what? your crank case has a side glass so i am asuming you talk about fork oil take the cap of take the spring out fill the tube with fork oil (5W) pul and push your rod in a bunch of time so all the air is out and you want your oil level to be about 120mm from the top pull your rod out put the spring in put your nut and cap back on install on bike and go ride hope i answered your qeustion

if you need to install wiring for tow hitch, you can buy the appropriate loom at any auto store. these generally just plug into exising loom and the plug in then gets bolted where it is needed

I had similar problem on my '03 2500 RAM pickup. After a replacement of front wheel drive universal joints, the mechanic managed to "nick" one of the wires that is a pick-up for the ABS sensor within the wheel bearing. This caused the lights to show on my dash - and also I found I lost the cruise control feature. While waiting for replacement parts, I found the winter snow/slush/water would short out the wire (or make a completed circuit) and the ABS and brake lights went off on the dash and I had cruise back. Later, when it dried, I was back to same problem.

Have your mechanic do a test using electronic read of failure codes and it will tell him which wheel sensor has the problem. The failure code for ABS won't show up under normal code reads via speedometer let alone at which wheel the problem is occurring.

The above, of course, was "my" problem and fix. It may not be yours, but a good place to start looking

I have a 98 Passport but it should be in the same spot. The fuel filter should be directly under the drivers side back seat on the inside of the frame. Their are two hoses connecting to it, the one coming from the rear is coming from the tank and the hose on the front side of the car is heading to the engine. Make sure that the direction of the gas flow is correct with the arrow on the filter pointing to the engine.
