I have a 98 Passport but it should be in the same spot. The fuel filter should be directly under the drivers side back seat on the inside of the frame. Their are two hoses connecting to it, the one coming from the rear is coming from the tank and the hose on the front side of the car is heading to the engine. Make sure that the direction of the gas flow is correct with the arrow on the filter pointing to the engine.

Mine has done this several times. Paper gets sucked in from the glove box and acts like a playing card in bicycle spokes. Remove the blower motor and feel all around inside for paper. Also, my fan was rubbing part of the casing, so I used a knife and notched the point of contact. all is fine now, but I don't put any paper in the glove box.

There are four ways to find a ratio.

1 A dealer can normally tell from the vin number.

2 There are normally tags or labels on the axle that have part number, gear ratio, and fluid requirement info.

3 You can count how many times you have to turn the driveshaft to get one complete turn of the tires.

4 You can divide the number of teeth on the ring gear and divide by number of teeth on the pinion.

The Camshaft position sensors (One at the front bank and one at the rear bank, the rear one will require to remove the the fuel injection V-bank cover to access)are located on the cylinder head. The front bank CPS is at the RHS near the Transmission fluid dipstick. Once identified the locations, replacement is easy. Disconnect the harness cover and remove the CPS mounting screws with a ring wrench.

1. jack the vehicle up on both sides, use jack stands if possible.

2. Remove Passanger front tire, along with plastic splash shield

3. Drain coolant

4. With serpentine belt still installed, loosen the 3 bolts on the water pump pully, don't take them all the way off, just loosen them.

5. Use a 14mm wrench to reduce tention on the serpentine belt enough

so you can slide the belt off

6. Remove the water pump pully bolts, remove pully, or let it rest on the

pump shaft.

7. Remove water pump housing bolts (6 of them) and discard the gasket

8. reverse procedure to reinstall new water pump

there is no dipstick on the trans. you have a 4t40e transmission. On the bottom of the transmission on the passenger side about 1 " above the pan you will see an 11 mm bolt. Start the car in park and remove this bolt. Then add fluid through the red cap on the top until a steady stream comes out of the bolt in the bottom. Make sure you have a pan under it. Once the stream is steady, replace bolt and replace red cap and you are all filled up.

I've seen 24 and 22 inch rims done before, but require modifications to the car, 17s and 18s are common play to replace the stock 15 inch.

Pin 1 is +5V, pin 2 is Ground and pin 3 is the signal. Use analog voltimeter in pin 2 and 3. Crank the engine: the pointer of the voltimeter shoud oscilate in range 0V to 5V.
