What are the biggest tires that will fit on stock 17 inch wheels for a 06 Mustang GT?
That will fit, is not the issue as you can theoretically fit a very large tire. The question is should you, and the answer is no. What is correct and what will not change the handling characteristics of this car are the issue. Any tire larger than 235/55-17 will be detrimental to handling of your GT. You speedometer will also be off, mileage will suffer, and power will suffer with a larger tire. Stick with the OEM size 235/55-17.

Most alternators have the following connections: - drive belt from the engine - pivot bolt on the bottom - tensioning bolt(s) on the top - electrical connections Disconnect the battery Remove the drive belt from the pulley on the front of the alternator Loosen the top bolts but do not remove Disconnect the electrical connections to the alternator Disconnect the pivot bolt and slide it out Remove the top bolts and work the alternator loose from the bushings on the bottom Remove alternator from the car The replacement alternator will usually not have a pulley on it, so remove it from the old and install it on the new (impact wrench) The new alternator may not be clocked the same as the old. Take it back to the store and have them clock it to match the old one The only difficulty going back in is the bushings on the bottom may not be far enough apart to permit insertion of the new alternator bottom bracket. I used a C-clamp and a short section of pipe (about 1") to retract the bushing far enough to get it to go in. A socket wrench socket could also be used to press out the bushing just far enough to get the bracket to slide in. This all takes about 1-2 hours if you have the right tools and longer if not.

Remove the 3 screws on the front panel that go into the dash. You will have to pull your steering wheel down and bend the bottom of the face to get it off. It bends just fine but be careful not to bend it more than you have to, it can break. There will be 4 more screws on the guage cluster after that. Pull the cluster down carefully so you don't hurt the wiring harness or the spedo cable. it will pull out aprox 3 inches. You should be able to remove the light bulbs from there. Check autozone for bulb size.

How hard would it be to swap the existing push button 4wd for the manual shifter 4wd on a 94 Bronco?
this would take a lot of time. first off you would have to remove the old transfer case and cut a hole in the floor for the new shifter. this would be the easy part. the hard part that would be switching all of the electrical over. if i were you, i would stick with the pushbutton 4wd for simplicity sake. gettin into all of the electrical stuff can be a pain if you dont do it right.
