if it is the ignition switch, there are to torx sercuirty bits located on the right side of the steering wheen under the trim, if you are talking about the cylinder, there is a button underneath the colum by the tilt, you have to turn the key to the run position and press the button and the lock should pop right out

you dont have the speedodmeter cable set in the transmission right take it back out and as u set it in place turn it till it seats flush on the transmission

the 02 sensor has nothing to do with gas mileage. it sipley is a sensor that reads the oxygen level in your exhaust for emissions.

The throttle cable can't be adjusted but the kickdown can be adjusted. Shorten the cable length to get it to kick down a gear sooner. It will kick down under less power.Lengthen the cable length to get it to kick down later. It will kick down with more power.

Turn the engine OFF and check for leaks.

If you are not aware of the different aspects of engines, please feel free to ask people around and get help from people who know this better. Also, make sure that no amount of fuel is pumped right into the engine before doing this. Also, remove the fuel pump, which in turn will stop fuel return. Another alternative is to install tubing, the purpose of which is to connect the fuel inlet with the fuel outlet. Now, get a pressurized solvent and hook it to the fuel injectors. Turn the engine on and start running the solvent right through the running engine. next, you can take out the cleaning supplies by turning off the engine. Later, reconnect the fuel pump as well as the fuel lines. Now, turn the engine on and see if there is improvement and if there isn't any, repeat again.

I am not sure exactly how but I would suggest purchasing them from Crutchfield. They will give you complete instruction and will also help by telephone as well. pull the window cranks off, there should be screws in the door handle... take them out and all fords seem to have these little snap on screw on the back side of the interior panelling, if your careful they wont break off and you can just smack the panel back on when your done and then put the screws in again!
