just removed mine it is hiden behind the emegency brake pedel you must remove the left f tire then remove the wheel well liner at least the rear of the liner pull the liner forward the ecm is in the firewall 2 /11 mm nuts hold it in place one 10 mm bolt holds the conector also you can see it from under the hood far left side to the left of the main wiring conctor

If you don't smell gas or see any gas leaking :

push the reset button down that has popped up on the top of the switch ( the fuel pump inertia / shut off switch is in the front passenger footwell by or behind the kick panel )

turn the ignition key to the RUN position for a few seconds and then turn the ignition key to the OFF position

make another check for any gas leaking or the smell of gas , if none , go ahead and start the engine

this water could be leaking from a heater hose,or the head gasket,or the intake manifold gasket. if it is showing a s coming from inside the transmission housing, it may be coming from a freeze plug. get a mechanic to check it before it gets worse and damages engine, ps: does the coolant level in radiator drop? if not it is more likely to be condensation from running a/c. this will make a huge puddle under car if it is coolant it will be colored red or green.if condesation,it will be clear like water and nothing at all to worry about as that is what it is supposed to do

Both a friend and I, each driving 1995 Ford Explorers with the 4.0 L OHV engine, developed an off and on surging problem at speeds over 37 MPH. The problem was corrected by installing a new set of Ford Motorcraft platinum spark plugs. In my situation I only had 41,000 miles on the original plugs but 2 of them already had gaps wider than the specified range.

It depends which cable is broken. If the main cable is broken under the truck, the brakes should release on their own. If the brakes dont release, the cables are frozen from rust and need to be replaced. If the release cable from the handle to pedal assemdly is broken reach under the dash above the pedal and find the small release arm. Pull the arm toward you [ the rear of vehicle ] and the emergency brake pedal will

release.
