H22A Honda engine it ready for a turbo

If you're under the car near the oil pan, sticking out of the top of the exhaust, toward the floor of the car, you'll see it. It's about the size of a Bic lighter and it has a couple wires coming out. Just use a wrench to remove. Undo the wires and replace, expensive tho.

located under dash board, behind radio You will have to remove the trim next to the gas pedal and similar trim near the passenger foot well to see it. Removal of the passenger side trim will allow you to access the diagnostic control screw and see the diagnostic light.

It's located towards the back of the engine - I have the same one that i just changed - If you look at your Air manifold - this will lead you to the Air filter - it's enclosed in a black canister pointing down - Just follow your Intake plastic pipes towards the back and you will see the black canister -

you possibly blew a fuse. it may not be related to you O2 sensor

It's possible that your problem stems from a vacuum leak... Have the vacuum checked; and, make sure no vacuum lines have been left unplugged from the intake. You might use an unlit propane torch to aid in this, directing the propane toward the areas where the intake mates with the block. If an intake leak is present at one of these gasketed areas, the drawn-in propane will serve to make the engine run a little faster.... That will give you an indication of the trouble area. It would be a good idea also to get the codes read from the computer to make certain that something else isn't causing the problem.

There isn't one. There is a plug on the side of the transmission that you fill the trans. to. When you reach that level (and, of course, it starts spilling), you're full.

quite frankly this can be because of many things. the connector rods might be faulty, the transmission may need repair, or one of many other possibilities. I am guessing you know little about cars and should probably have a mechanic look at it

Yes it will that is my current set up but pretty much pointless unless you plan to turbo no need to modify anything just bolt it on. Reason I say that is because b21a1 head has a larger diameter and b20a smaller therefore more room in the compression which in turn gives you a lower compression from 9:4:1 to about 9:0:1 and if you had a b20a5 it would lower to 8:5:1 But if you had a b21a1 with a b20a head your compression shoots up to 10 which would put your hp around 150

The front seats have 4 bolts - they are either a 12 or 14mm bolt. use a metric socket set or wrench set. Two are in the front on the seat rails, the other two are in the rear.

There are some plastic pieces that cover the bolts.

Slide the front seat all the way back, remove the front bolts. Slide the seat all the way forward, remove the back bolts. This is an easy way to remove the seat.

The rear sears have to clips, on either side of the seat. Raise the front of the rear seat bottom up slightly and you will see the clips. Pull the tab and the seat will pop up.

The diagnostic is an LED on the ECU which is under the passenger side front carpet. there is a flap there, if you pull it down you will see the flashing code. You have to count the number of flashes. There could be multiple codes, so watch carefully and count one after the other.

The transmission fluid dipstick on a 1989 Mitsubishi Galant is next to the engine block. It is on the driver's side, near the rear of the engine.

yes because you can swap a h23 transmission onto an h22 engine

The ECU is , on this model, is located under the center console near the front. If its an automatic there will also be an transmission control unit. Do not mix up the 2 The transmission control model is the bottom and engine management computer is on top. On some models, VR-4 and GT, it can also be found on the passenger side lower kick bolster panel. You'll have to remove the side panel and you should see the wiring harness going to the ECU.

The ECU is located underneath the wooden panel/ underneath the carpet on the passenger side, below the glovebox

Yes, with some custom mounts for the engine and transmission. This can be expensive if you have a shop do the work for you.

Drive the old broken wheel stud out, and drive a new one in. Purchase the new stud at any auto parts store.

Put the car on a lift and find the transmission fluid drain plug (which is usually close to the passenger side front wheel). Unscrew the plug and let the fluid drain, then replace the plug and let the car down. Pop the hood and look just behind the radiator for a small dipstick, that's the tranny dipstick. Pull it out and use a funnel to re-fill it with fluid.

double check with a service manual, but you should be able to just drain it unbolt it replace the gasket and bolt on a new one

will a h23a vtech work in a 92 prelude? what extra will be needed or changed besides a chipped p28 ecu ..? I have a 92' Honda prelude s.i. with a h23a1 non vtech and im going to swap, but i need answers before i buy this engine..

Use ONLY genuine Honda MTX or ATX transmission fluid. Anything else just doesn't cut the mustard

you need to first remove the dust cover on the transaxle then remove the taran saxle itself. after this take apart the transmission housing and just switch them out.
