How do you beat the is it the end level on adrenaline challenge?

At the very beginning of the level where there's a spike thing coming out blocking your way, make sure you approach it slowly. When you reach it, tilt the front of your bike up but make sure your back doesn't hit the ground. After you get pass that, go at full speed off the ramp until you land on another ramp. When you ride up the wall, make sure the "rail" at the top going off of the side has your tires in it. The last hard part is getting pass the small cracks in the floor. What I do is ride backwards and when my back tire is over the crack, i let my back swing under the crack and i press the key (left or right) to go backwards. Just do that for all the splits in the ground. After that, it's pretty much smooth sailing. Good luck!

Does adrenaline dilate or constrict coronary arteries?

Well it's a bit more complicated. What you should know is that local mediators are more important for coronary blood flow then nerve stimulation. So in this case it's as follows: Adrenaline causes the heart to increase the heart-rhythm. Increased rhythm causes increases oxygen need for heart cells. So local mediators causes the coronaries to dilate. To sum up, adrenaline will theoretically cause coronary constriction but in practise it will cause dilation (due the increased heart activity)

For acetylcholine it's the same (in the end it causes coronaries to constrict due to the decreased heart activity)

Do all people get adrenaline rushes?

Yes, but some people can control it more than others.

People get adrenaline rushes when they are anxious/scared/angry, but adrenaline rushes are really tripped when someones pulse exceeds 180 (I'm not for sure about that, but I think so).

People who can control their emotions can control their adrenaline rushes better than someone who is emotionally attached, but people emotionally attached will often overuse that adrenaline as well.

Don't mistake adrenaline for a typically good thing. Adrenaline often triggers superhuman strength for a brief time, and we would normally be able to use this power when we desired. The problem with this is actually the brain. The brain does not allow you to use this strength for daily use, and adrenaline will keep your brain from thinking straight, and mainly focus on a goal or a rational outcome.

It is acting as an emergency brake. If you used that superhuman strength when you wanted, then you would cause serious damage to your body, and that is why adrenaline should only be used when in danger or other necessary times.

Adrenaline, as in the hormone secreted by adrenal gland, is also correct in America, although the preferred spelling here is adrenalin. See the American Heritage Dictionary.
