FINAL SOLUTION
A number of solutions have been provided here about the 203 nsExtensionManager.js error, all with varying results. But I think the most fail proof solution is slash and burn.
THIS PROCESS TAKES 5-10 Minutes at the most.
(firefox must be closed first before starting)
1. Go to your Tools>Add Ons, list down the names of all your extension in a paper, (including version) . The best way to do so is to use screenprint (CTRL + ALT + PrtSC) and insert the captured screen in a document eg. wordpad (open wordpad and press CTRL + V). Scroll the Add-on window and redo the screenprint and insert action until all addons are shown in the wordpad doc, then print the doc.
2. Go to Documents and Settings> User Name>Application Data> Mozilla>Firefox> Profiles, find a copy of your latest back up bookmark file and save it somewhere easy to find like the desktop. (or copy the whole Mozilla folder somewhere and rename it)
3.Goto Documents and Settings> User Name>Application Data and delete the Mozilla folder. (for vista users goto users>app data>roaming)
4. When you restart Firefox, it is refreshed, Select "Import Nothing" on the wizard that pops up.
5. You can then reinstal all the add-ons and NEW ones WITHOUT any errors now.(the note will help you remember which ones)
6. After go onto the Bookmarks Organiser and import your bookmarks from the desktop.
7. In case you miss other settings check for the files in your saved Mozilla folder (e.g. saves passowords etc.)
8. When all is fine you can delete the saved Mozilla folder
Your Firefox will now work good as new.

I haven't experienced this problem myself, yet. However, there might be some sites that set a limit on your download limit. Maybe the site only allows you to download 5mb.
