yes. Its normal. Only be worried if you find yourself having to fill up the water coolant under the bonnet / hood every week. Then you may find your head gasket has failed. If you are not losing engine coolant ignore it. Its natural for all petrol cars to produce h2o as part of the combustion process.

The noise is caused from lime and rust build up inside the shower head. Soak it for 24 hours in CLR - that should work.
If it's blue smoke it may be the piston rings or the valve guides are worn out.
If it's black smoke and you have a carburetor then it's using too much fuel, it's not getting enough air for as much gas that's being added. Could be the air cleaner is clogged real bad or the jetting is too rich.
If it's a diesel then the same thing, it may be running too rich or the injection timing is off a bit.
If its white smoke (steam), the engine is receiving unwanted coolant into the combustion area via a blown head gasket or cracked head.
Why does white smoke come out of your muffler?
White smoke is usually water or antifreeze. If you are loosing coolant from the radiator, it's probably a blown head gasket. If not, it is just condensation in the exhaust pipe that is evaporating as the pipes heat up. If the car is running too rich, the unburned gas will cause black smoke and burning oil smoke will be blue.

I have a 2003. A few months I was sitting in my car for a half hour idling and when I started driving again, white smoke, everywhere! I was going to have it towed to the dealership, but I decided to drive it instead. The smoke eventually went away, but I had them look at it anyway. They said there was oil in the intake and did a full fuel injection cleaning. I haven't had the problem again, though it went away before I got to the dealer, so maybe I wouldn't have seen it anyway.

The best way to tell if the valves are closed is to observe the rocker arms. When they are both at the top of their travel, valves are closed. Feel the rocker arms and try to move them, if they move their at the top of their travel.

How is it running? Is the mileage ok? Have you checked the computer diagnostic codes? It's possible that the ignition isn't doing well and you're getting unburned hydrocarbons out the exhaust. It's possible that the oxygen sensor is bad and that the engine is getting too much fuel in an effort to compensate. It's possible that there is a problem with the EGR valve or even the catalytic converter.

Most likely blown head gasket. Although water could be leaking through your intake gaskets. Oil could be coming through worn valve seals or bad rings, possibly also if engine is overfilled with oil. BUT with both water and oil symptoms appearing at the same time, pretty much indicates a head gasket or two, unless worse damage was done (i.e intake leaked enough water into a cylinder to break the rings and/or a piston thus causing oil to enter from crankcase and burn). Unfortunately could also be a cracked cylinder wall or head. A cylinder leak down test would help identify exact source of leaks, around $100 at a decent shop.

White exhaust smoke is a sign of coolant entering the combustion chamber. You more than likely as not, have a blown head gasket or cracked head. Stop driving this vehicle until you find out. Look for coolant in the oil, air bubbles escaping from the radiator, and a sweet smell at the exhaust. All indications of serious problems. A compression test will verify if you indeed have a blown head gasket. ==
