It is the same reservoir as the front wiper washers. There is a separate pump and tube connecting to the back wiper from the tank under the passenger side of the hood. If your front reservoir is full and nothing is coming out the back wiper check that the pump actually works (you should hear a hum) or most likely the tube has come loose from the pump which has happened on my van a couple times. The rear pump is toward the back on the side facing the engine.

You can only turn off the headlights by applying the emergency brake. When the emergency brake is on, the headlights will not light. Otherwise the best of my expererience is that they are on all the time.
If you have remote start, put the emergency brake on before you leave the vehicle and when you remote start it, the headlights will not be on, but the driving lights (if switch is on) will be on as well as the parking lights.

Extremely easy. The headlamp and the turn signal assembly is held in place with wing nuts. You will see them on top of the assemblies. Take them off and the headlamp and the turn signal assembly will come off. When reassembling, make sure the plastic tabs on the turn signal assembly slide back into place into the metal part of the van. Their is a little metal clip that holds the headlight assembly and the turn signal assembly together, you will see it and it wil slide back into position when you realign all the tabs and slide all together at the same time. A little patience is needed, but it is really quite like a little puzzle. It'll all fit, just be gentle (it's mostly plastic) and then place the wing nuts back on. As I recall there are three. I have done this several times and parts are very inexpensive if purchased from the right company. Go to Discount Body Parts.com and you can get a turn signal assembly for about $12 plus shipping, headlight assemblies are about $30. My suggestion is to replace both turn signal assemblies at the same time so that the reflective material inside makes your bulbs reflect at the same intensity. It just looks better on the road than having one dimmer than the other, but I"m pretty picky on how my vehicles appear. Do as you feel you want. Other than that, replacement is very, very simple and takes about 20-30 minutes even if you don't know what you're doing.

I have a 2000 and I'm assuming it's the same for 2002. There is 2 on the gm 3.4l engine. One is in the front behind the crankshaft pulley/damper (in front of the right front wheel, tranverse mount engine), the other is on the firewall side of the engine. Both can and will go out, replace both at the same time. One common problem is the lead wire from the side crank sensor fails due to heat from the exhaust manifold destroys the insulation and the wire grounds out on the body giving an constant or intermittent engine misfire.
