i am have the same prob with my 1996 Chevy the only why i belive is going to be with a chevt tech2 scanner. the scanner can go into the b.c.m and turn stuff like that on

A fairly simple one. First, push the front seats as far forward as you can. Get in the vehicle and center yourself in front of the rear seat. Place both hands on top of the seat bottom and as you push hard down..also push backwards. The seat should dislodge from the two retainers holding the bottom of the seat in place. keep trying as this takes a bit of finessing to get the procedure down. To reinstall the bottom...simple place the seat in and push back and down until you feel the seast engage back into the slots.

With my snap on tools......... remove the bolts holding the water pump on and the old water pump will fall off.

If you have to ask how to remove a water pump from this vehicle, you will be better off having replaved by a professional mechanic as this job is soooooo easy.

Are you sure it's not ignition-The boat (housing for coils) is notorious problem with these engines & will cause it to run just like you blew a head gasket.

You have to find the black or blue cap under the vehicle i ask a guy working on my car and he looked and showed me i charged the system.

take the two bolts out of the bottom of the a frame and the one bolt from under the hood then drop it down

Take an air hose and disconnect the fuel line right at the tank and blow the "sock" off of it. There is a mesh sock that collapses and blocks the fuel line under high performance conditions. A quick shot of air into the tank will make it float loose in the tank but at least it won't constantly be a problem.

I have a 96 Camry, V-6, 1MZ-FE engine. Excellent running cars! I recommend that you do to Auto Zone or PepBoys and purchase a Haynes automotive book for your particular camry. I have for mine and it does cover the 4 cylinder and the V-6. It will give you all the steps with pics and torque specs. Other wise we would have to be live to go step by step. To change the headlight on a 1999 Grand Am, lift the hood, look for the two sheet metal tabs located above or next too the headlight adjuster screws. These are like an inverted "L". Pull up on them and the headlight assy will pull straight out the front. You can pull up on these with your fingers, but if too tight it may take a pair of pliers. When unscrewing the plastic collar off of the bulb, use care. The internal tabs break off easily. The bulb socket has a latch on the side, then the bulb will pull out.
