What is the best car lease to get?
There are literally hundreds of deals out there and it's a buyers market. I wouldn't go for the cheapest available, I would ask friends, working colleagues, etc for a recommendation. If not, use your own discretion although I would suggest a visit to a reputable dealer.
Who is responsible for a vehicle damaged in your garage which was hit by an unknown vehicle?
since other (or negligent party) vehicle is 'unknown' then the collision coverage on the damaged vehicle will be the policy to fix this car.....(yes you will have some type of deductible)....homeowners policys typcially exclude everything about auto...
Can you buy cars at police auctions?
Absolutely!
There are a number of auction houses that are contracted to sell vehicles on behalf of the police and a large number are sold throughout the country each week.
Many of these sales are not advertised through the normal routes and a search engine result will only give a few listings.
The reason that these auction houses do not come up in search results is that these are traditional auction houses and their websites are not generally optimised for the search engines so they simply don't appear in a search.
Two of the biggest car auctioneers in the world are Mannheim and British Car Auctions, but there are many others that sell seized cars.
To find all the auctioneers that are contracted to the police authorities and courts you will need to find a specialist directory. There are a number of websites that offer this information but be wary as the lists are ofter old and out of date.
When you find a website offing police sales information ensure that you can search the listings, make sure there is a team behind the website checking and updating.

My suggestion is calling a lawyer.
Depending on the bank used to finance the car, after failing to pay 3-5 payments the vehicle will be repo'd.
How can you get a title to a car that was charged off?
You contact the lender who has a lien on it and purchase it from them.
Can you repo your vehicle in the state of Virginia if the payment is one day late?
Although it's bad business to do so (banks lose money on most all repo's), they can repo at one minute past midnight the day after your due date. Technically, it's a breech of contract. -Matt
How do you sell a car when you still owe money?
If the car is worth less than you owe on it, you can try to get an unsecured loan from a local credit union or a local bank. You could also try to ask whatever financial institution has your car loan for an unsecured loan for whatever the car doesn't bring when you sell it.
You have bad credit 7000 dollars for a used car can you get approved with low monthly payments?
Someone may approve you but you will have an outrageous percentage rate and your payments will be high. Safe to say with bad credit you will have payments over 500.00/month for 7,000. Try to get some of the money together or begin to repair your credit or set you sights lower for a cheaper vehicle.
How much would an engine cost?

Is it legal for a dealership to sell a car to someone with only a permit?

Should I start a dump truck hauling service?
I myself am trying to start one. Honestly I believe it depends on where you live. I live in Arkansas and they are drilling for oil in this area so dump trucks are in high demand. Owner operators here where I live are getting paid close to $80 per hour to haul dirt for these oil people. I'm looking to see how much funding its gonna take to start. I have been raised around trucks my whole life. Its the first thing I ever drove( not even a car first). I drove my uncle's Peterbilt from Lubbock, TX back home my first day. OTR isn't what I want to do though because there isn't any money in it. In my opinion, you should check around and see what the going rate in your area is and if it feels right go for it. I don't think anybody can make the decision for you. A lot of people have told me that its a bad idea but my uncle doesn't even own his truck, he drives for somebody else and brings in a nice bank so think if you own one. Yea operating costs are going to get you but at $60+/hour you should be able to cover your costs and still keep a good chunk of change to pay other bills or even have money in your pocket. you just have to figure out if its worth it and if it feels right. Like I said I'm trying to research on what it will take to start so if you got anything that may help please let me know. Thanks
Can you tow your Mercedes 190 automatic?
Yes you can. As with all automatic transmission cars You have to get the gear selector into Neutral (N), this disengages the engine from the drive shaft and allows the car to roll. To achieve this, turn the ignition on, press the brake pedal and shift the gear lever to N. Attach your tow rope to the tow hook below the front bumper and tow.
How much do carmax pay a hour if you don't sale a car?

How much will an infiniti engine cost?
Call some nearby auto salvage yards. The prices will vary, due to mileage.
If you give you leased car back before the lease is up do you have to pay anymore on it?
YES, You are still obligated to complete your term of lease contract.Even if you are purchasing or leasing another vehicle and decide to trade or turn in your current lease YOU STILL OWE THEM!!!!! The leasing company is still entitled to remaning payments.. Best to look at your lease agreement...
used car dealers usually will repair, if not call the better business bureau or write to them NOW!!!! Look at your sales agreement and see if you have so much time for them to fix repair or warranty of 6 mo or more
Is it hard to get a car once you have a repo?
No, you can always pay cash for something that you can afford, or you can go to the auto dealerships that sell junker used cars with a ridiculously high loan interest rate. Those types plan to repo a car several times and will be all over you if you are a day late for a payment. My advice, take care of your credit history by paying off all present and outstanding loans, start over paying cash for everything and slowly re-estabilish your credit being careful to not overextend yourself.
i think i would contact the finance company myself to see what the problem is,then if that doesn't work ask to speak with the manager of the dealership to see what's going on,just be sure your not getting scammed by the dealer who might be thinking he can make a better profit off someone else.
How many days do you have before repo man comes?
Well anytime you miss a car payment and the lienholder has exhausted all reasonable requests to secure any money they can seize the vehicle. Usually after that they can come and seize the property anytime.
Not Exactly. You Will Have To Carry Life Insurance, Probably Some Type Of Other Insurance, Plus Taxes, Filing Fees, Ect. Check Into It With You Dealer And Bank. Good Luck If you mean financed for the loan balance, that would depend upon whether or not the borrower qualifies for the loan amount, based on credit rating, income, etc. The buyer will be required to pay out of pocket, sales tax, licensing fees (registration, titling, etc.) and carry full insurance coverage until the vehicle is paid for, those are costs that are not included in the purchasing contract
