How do you adjust emergency brake on Saturn L200?
There is a boot that attaches at the base of the parking brake lever. Remove the boot by prying it gently with a flathead screwdriver. Once it is free slide it up and you will see a 10mm nut attached under the parking brake handle. You can tighten this to your liking with a deepwell 10mm socket. I'm not sure how to explain how tight you should make this by be careful not to overtighten as it will engage your rear brakes continuously and that's no good for many reasons.

The plastic housing is relatively easy to remove, mine came straight down but I had to work it around a little.
Once the housing is off, you'll need to find replacement bulbs. They are a little different, and if you buy them from a dealer, they're expensive; but you can buy the bulb and an adapter from O'Reilly or Auto Zone. As I remember, there are 6 bulbs. I would replace them all once you start. Just get it done with and you won't need to worry about it for another 10 years.

check and see if one of the sending units is not working one is for the temp to open thermostate the other is for the gauge. cheaper to replace sending unit

My sister has a 2003 l200I pulled the carpet up. Looks like the water wascoming from calking cracked on the inner fender well.Its a hairline crack.In the engine compartment. Its hard to get your hand in there. I put silicone on my hand and placed it above and below the calking and anywhere else in that area.I think I got it this time. Previosly I removed plastic from behind windshield wipers and sealed gutter area. Removed and blew out AC drain. Also removed door panel and sealed.Those three areas were not the culprits. The inner carpet is like a sponge. I would pull the carpet up. Must have squeezed out at least half a gallon of water.

They are different sizes and covered with small black screw off caps. I have this same Saturn. The driver's side rear window failed several years ago. The passenger's side failed tonight. Without taking the door apart to look it SEEMS like the window has simply separated from the track. Perhaps there is a pin or clip that comes of?? If you help the window up manually and roll it up at the same time you can get it to lock into the up possition. I am hoping someone else will have a more complete answer.
