How do you replace the ignition lock cylinder on a 2000 Saturn ls200?
It's quite a process, and includes removing the steering wheel as well as the air bag assembly. If you do not have experience working with live air bags, now would not be the time to try to learn.
On the other hand...
Before you replace the lock cylinder, try a little graphite. Spray some graphite into the key slot then work the key for a while. It may take up to a half hour or more of spraying and working the key before the tumblers free up.
In the long run, the graphite is a lot less expensive, and in my opinion, a safer option, since it doesn't run the risk of discharging the air bag.
Does a 2004 5.4l 3v Triton have a egr valve?
Some VCT(variable cam timing) system applications can eliminate the need for an external exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system. The elimination of the EGR system is accomplished by controlling the overlap time between the intake valve opening and exhaust valve closing. The 5.4L 3V engine is equipped with a VCT system that allows Exhaust gases into the engine by overlapping valves instead of the use of a EGR valve and related components.
When should you replace the timing chain on your 2002 SATURN SL1 engine?
A timing chain is not the same as a timing belt.
Timing chains do not generally need replacement unless you are rebuilding the engine.
While a timing belt is simply a ribbed, flat fanbelt that wears and can become weakened with age, a timing chain is oiled constantly and should be expected to last the life of the engine.
Like other internal engine components, a timing belt is affected by the condition and quality of your engine oil, and as such, should last as long as the other internal engine components.

How do you disassemble the door panel on a 96 Buick Roadmaster station wagon?
assuming the front door, you will need a Phillips screw driver and a door panel removal tool or a blunt thin flat bar about an inch wide for prying the panel away from the door frame. begin by feeling carefully along the lower carpeted area several inches from the rear edge of the door and under the arm rest you will feel a depression about 1/2 inch diameter, there is a Phillips screw behind that, the covering is likely already slit to use a screwdriver to remove this screw. next remove the Phillips screw in the plastic panel that surrounds the door opening handle, now while holding the handle open, carefully pull the plastic part towards you and rotate it 90 degrees and you will be able to lift it up and slide it off the door handle, if you have a stereo speaker there the wire has a connector about 6 inches from the speaker, disconnect this wire and set it aside. each end of the door pull strap is flexible, pry it carefully away from the door to expose a large Phillips screw at each end remove each screw. put some masking tape across the pull handle to keep it from flopping around or getting broken, the plastic that holds the ends in is delicate. Put your window all the way down(it will make it easier to remove the panel) there are 6 plastic press fit connectors that push into holes in the door, pull the panel out slightly to see or feel where the connectors are, pry carefully with the tool close to the connector, take your time if you pull to hard you may break the plastic that holds the connectors to the panel. after you have loosened the connectors pull the bottom of the panel towards you and lift straight up on the panel it should lift up enough to remove the lip that rests on the top of the door, now you can reach up under the arm rest at the front of the panel of switches is a tab that pushes towards the switches and releases the switch rack from the door panel, pull the rack up to where you can disconnect the the blocks of wires from the back of the rack there are 4 different connectors. disconnect the main speaker and you should have the door panel removed.
What are the signs of blown ring seals in a diesel?
In a heavy duty engine one would look for blue smoke comming out of the exhaust pipe on trucks without a diesel particulate filter. another sign would be excessive blow-by causing the engine to run hotter than before. low power and low engine oil level could also be tell tale signs. but the biggest giveaway is if your oil sample comes back showing excessive chromium and iron in the oil.

How do you take off a car door panel?
Since this question is in the Saturn area, it must be assumed that you are asking about removal of a Saturn door panel.
The inner door panel of a Saturn is not removable, it is integral to the door frame.
However, you can remove the outer door panel.
First, remove the outer door handle; lift the handle enough to reveal the pins that hold the handle to the door latch mechanism, then press out the two pins and set the handle aside.
Next, open the door and remove the screws around the perimeter of the outer door panel.
After the screws are removed, the outer door panel should lift off easily.

Where is the camshaft position sensor on a 99 Saturn SC2 and how do you replace it?
A camshaft position sensor does not exist on a 1.9L Saturn of any kind. It is simply a code the ECU whips up when there is a problem somewhere in the ignition. Could be anything from spark plugs to where it all begins. I would start by checking your spark plugs, then wires, then coils, then the module the coils sit on, and any connections in between. Should find the problem, but sometimes it can be more complicated.
