Which transmission line from the radiator is the return line the upper or lower one?
I had the same question, I looked in my Chiltons manual and it was useless as it normally is. On a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Classic with the 4.0 straight six, the lower line is the return line. It depends on what kind of vehicle you are working on, I assume not all are the same. I tested it the hard way, removed the upper line and turned on the engine.....be aware you will lose fluid if you try this. Once I had my answer I turned off the engine, only took 2 seconds and I lost enough fluid that I will now have to add some.

How do you replace Cab mount bushings on a Chevy CK 1500?
Whats the easiest way to get broken cab mount bolts out on a 1994 chevy 1500 extended cab
The dist has to come out so bunp the starter so the rotor is pointing streight to the rear so you can put it back that way. Mark the distributer so it can be turned exactly like it is when you go back with it.Then remove the distributer and take the gear off of the bottom of the shaft noting that there is a indentation in the gear that is facing the same way the rotor is pointing. Then pull the shaft out of the dist after you have sanded the varnish off of the shaft so it will slide through the bushings.then r&r the pole piece which is on top of the pickup coil, and replace the coil. Then reinstall the pole piece and coil and go on from there making sure the pole piece doesn't hit the pickup points on the dist.. Check the timing when you all through although you shouldn't have to adjust it much if you did a good job of marking it when you remved it.

How do you change a brake light bulb on a Chevrolet lacetti estate?
This isn't definitive, GM may have come up with a new better idea, but generally there are two ways to change brake lights on any car: from the outside or the inside. From the outside, locate the screws that hold the lens on, remove them, remove the lens cover, change the bulb, and reverse the process.
From the inside, locate the back of the light assembly, twist and pull the socket, change the bulb, and replace the socket.
Look inside first.

Same place you check the A/T fluid level. You add fluid at the same location. the tube with the dipstick is the filler tube too... also, everyone should have a manual for their vehicle, and a professional shop manual should be available at the library in the reference section for FREE...make copies of the right pages and fix your vehicle like a PRO! :) good luck Dave :)
The best way is to buy a performance chip for your trucks computer, the other way is to regear it, if it is a 4x4 you will have to regear both the front carrier, and rear differential with the same size gear set, other wise it will ruin your carrier/diff. If it is rear wheel drive only, changing to a different gear ratio can increase speed. Check with your local performance shop on which gear set will get the speed/acceleration you desire, and which would be cheaper to afford.

Yes rain along with other debris and contaminants from the road, especially in rain can cause in some cases quite a bit of noise from your brakes. If you're sure that your brakes are OK. It is usually caused by something getting stuck on or between the pad and rotor and should go away after driving for a little while. Otherwise as long as you're absolutely sure your brakes are OK you can depress your brake pedal with your left foot while driving and giving gas with your right foot as to not allow the vehicle to actually slow down. This will wear off whatever is stuck on your pad or rotor much quicker, but again I only recommend doing this if you're absolutely sure that your brakes are OK!

Not sure if it's the same:
Changing the Cabin Filter for 2010 Equinox 6cyl
1. Open and empty glove box.
2. Find stopper tab at the top(It is used to stop the glove box when fully open)
3. Push it up and out of the way so the glove box can open to its full extent.
4. Behind the bottom of the glove box door is a hinge the glove box uses to swivel forwards and backwards. With glove box open to its full extent, you just have to lift it off of the hinge. May require a little wiggling.
5. After the glove box is removed you will be able to see a black plastic cover with a round shape (covers the fan? which sits horizontal). Above is a rectangular door with two tabs keeping it shut. Both tabs need to be pushed up so the door can swing up, giving you access to the filter.
6. Pull out the old filter (Screwdriver may be needed to work loose if very dirty)
7. Carefully install new filter making sure you do not damage it.
8. Position glove box at its fully open position and work it onto the hinge.
9. To close it you will have to push it through the stop that you had to push in step 3.
10. Now you should be able to fully close the glove box and you are done.
