What does your husband mean if says he sees red flags in you?

You didn't really give much info as to the relationship you and your husband have. He could be joking if you have somewhat of a fiery temper (like waving a red flag in front of a bull.) LOL If you are having difficulties in your marriage he may be telling you he doesn't trust you and can see "red flags" (which means danger) such as you possibly cheating. If you care to elaborate on your situation just post under my post. It means your husband cant communicate well with you, if he cant tell you what the red flags are. Sounds like he's sheepishly is trying to tell you that ways he expected you to be or not to be are not what he thought before he married you. Ask him to be mature about this and tell you exactly what he means. If he chooses not to talk to you then you should Yellow flag him with caution.

Why wear American flag patch on the right side shoulder?

When another patch is displayed, the American flag is to be positioned in the superior position (right side) with the union closest to the bearers heart. This is titled as a "reverse flag patch" and signifies or displays the flag as moving forward! Many naturally assume that the flag should be worn in the position closest to the heart. This is true only when there is no other flag or patch to be displayed.

What does the North Carolina state flag look like?

The state flag of South Carolina is dark blue with a white palmetto tree in the center and a crescent in the upper left corner. The crescent is facing diagonally to the upper left of the flag. This crescent is NOT a crescent moon but rather it is based on a "gorget" (badge) that was worn on the hats by the local militia that defended the fort on Sullivan's Island (SC) from British attack in 1776 during the early stages of the Revolutionary War. The fort was one of several that protected the city of Charleston. Colonel William Moultrie led the troops in defending the fort and has been credited with designing the original "Fort Moultrie" flag which had the crescent and the word "LIBERTY" on the flag.

The "gorget" badge was quite common in the 18th century (1700s) worn by troops and officers. It was usually worn like a necklace on a chain or strap loose around the neck. The gorgets served as identification badges much like the badges worn by our police and sheriff deputies today.

The palmetto tree was made famous during the British attack because their cannon balls were absorbed by, or bounced off, the palmetto logs of the fort. They could not destroy the fort. The palmetto tree is now the state tree of South Carolina.
