Do women or men score more points in basketball?
Looks like men - I was curious so I looked it up, compared only NBA & WNBA not college, here's what I could find from these sites: http://www.slam.ca/StatsBKD/BC-BKD-STAT-WNBAHILOW-R.html http://www.nba.com/history/records/regular_points.html Much more stats on the men so can't be sure if this is indicative of average ppg for womens but it's interesting anyway: NBA Most points, game 186-Det at Den, 12/13/1983 (3 OT) WNBA Most points, Game 82-SEA vs SAC 10/05/2004 WNBA Fewest points, Game 51-NYL vs CON 10/01/2004 NBA Fewest points, game 49-Chi vs. Mia, 4/10/1999 So NBA records both the highest and the lowest points scored by a team in a game. NBA - Couldn't find similar stats for WNBA: Highest average, points per game, season 126.5-Denver, 1981-82 (10,371/82) Lowest average, points per game, season 81.9-Chicago, 1998-99 (4,095/50)

If you are talking about the process of a territory becoming a state, then I can help you. I'm working on it right now myself. 1.) A petition needs to be sent to the congress from the people of the territory that wants to be admitted. 2.) If the Congress honors the petition it passes an Enabling act. This authorizes the people of the territory to draw up a state constitution. 3.) This document, after it has been framed, and ratified at the polls by the people of the territory, is then submitted to congress. 4.) If Congress finds everything in order, statehood legislation is passed and signed by the President. Formal admission is signaled by presidential proclamation. Congress has been generous in granting full statehood to the home territories, in some cases even before they had acquired large populations.

In Ohio can a 17 year old move out after graduation?
This is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Consult the specific laws for the state and county in which you reside for the rules that apply. In most states, any 18 year old is considered an adult and is capable of deciding when and where they reside. They have the ability to contract for housing. SOME states allow minors to become emancipated under specific circumstances, but this is not just a matter of filling out some paperwork. A minor is the responsibility of their parents until such time as they reach the age of majority or are legally emancipated. The parents are required to provide for the support of their minor children. If the parents give permission, the minor can live in another location. Such permission does not relieve the parents of the responsibility to provide support. If the parents do not give permission, the minor can be considered a runaway. Charges may apply to individuals that aid and abet such runaways, particularly if they are under the age of consent. In some states it is my understanding that this is not enforced for 17 year olds that leave home. If you are subject to abuse, you should contact social services for your area. They will assist you in getting out of the bad environment and into a safe place.

Can a speeding ticket fine from 1989 in Ohio still be enforced 17 years later?
In my experience, although the infraction may be taken off of your driving record, the amount of your ticket plus now interest and any fees associated with turning it over to collections will stay on your credit report if unpaid. Also if you had a DL in any other state that info would have been fowarded to them. If you try to obtain a DL in any other state you will also need to show proof of having paid the fine if your Dl was revoked due to non-payment and or a fail to app.. SO YES it can.
