I'm not sure there is a website but there is MAGIC and JAWS. MAGIC is a special program designed for the visually impaired. It enlarges webpages up to 6 levels of magnification. It also reads aloud webpages, words as you type them, and several other things. JAWS is another great program which has all the same features as MAGIC except it does NOT enlarge the screen. In JAWS you can change the language, speed, and voice sound of the reader. These can be acquired easily through your local DBS (division for the blind services) headquarters.
