What is th water crossover on a cadillac northstar engine?

The crossover is part of the housing that the water pump sits in. If you look at the engine from the drivers side the center of it is under the throttle body. It stretches across the engine over the transmission. It displaces coolant on either side of the engine. There are ports on each side.

How can you tell if you're being verbally abused or if you're really messing up a lot?

Chances are good that if you feel you might be a victim of verbal abuse, you probably are. Regardless of whether you're legitimately "messing up alot" or not, you can still be a victim of verbal abuse, which would definitely contribute to feelings of inadequacy in you and could result in you making the kinds of mistakes abusers like to accuse their victims of making; all the while denying that they themselves are contributing to the problem. No abuser will ever confess to abuse unless doing so gives him/her a psychological advantage over others. Keeping their victims disoriented and confused is the abuser's way of maintaining control of his/her universe, and all in it. I suggest you do an Internet search on Dr. Sam Vankin. In my opinion, he has a lot of excellent insight on the subject of verbal/ambient abuse; it's causes and how to tell when it's happening. Drill this message into your heart above all else: It doesn't matter how much you "mess up", NO ONE DESERVES ABUSE!! Not even abusers. That's how they got that way in the first place. And DON"T KEEP IT A SECRET! Take Care!

What if my car gave a message of unable to srt due to theft system.?

Alarm/Anti-theft systems

It sounds like you entered and tried to start your vehicle without properly disengaging the security system and "it" thinks you are an auto thief trying to steal the car.

You need to properly disengage the security system before attempting to start the car.

Where is blower motor module located on a 1993 Cadillac sedan deville?

1991-1993 DeVille blower control module (power module) location

If you are standing in front of the car with the hood open, look left of center on the firewall for a cover that says "Maxi Fuse / Relay Center" remove this cover (two 1/4 turn fasteners on the front and one sheet metal wingnut on the top near the hood hinge). Underneath the fuse and relay center, you should be able to see the blower control module (power module) bolted to the top of the evaporator / blower module. Wires to the connector are color coded; Black, Purple, white and red.

Where is the fuse or relay for the power windows and sunroof on a 1997 Cadillac DeVille?

As memory serves there are 2 locations for fuses and relays, the relays should be under the hood in a black plastic box on one of the fenders. There are a ton of fuses in the trunk behind the carpet covering the rear seat.

How do you properly bleed air pockets from 1998 Cadillac Deville 4.6l Northstar?

The Northstar cooling system is self-purging. It's highly doubtful that you have an "air pocket" but if you must do something, take the cap off the surge tank and let the engine warm to around operating temp. If there are any bubbles they'll vent from the surge tank. Then replace the cap and you're good to go. But I'd be very suprised if you have an 'air bubble'. They just don't happen on the Northstar.

How do you install a replacement rear sub woofer in a Cadillac DeVille?

Installing "replacement" subwoofers can be very costly, Factory Cadillac subwoofers are indeed very tricky. You must first purchace the proper sub, then install it as you would any other subwoofer. Your best bet would be to install an aftermarket sub and amp due to the costly BOSE system. If you choose this route you may also need to purchace a RCA adapter, and a factory amplifier bypass harness.

How do you find the cause of a 1989 Cadillac Deville 4.5L cranking but not starting as if no fuel was getting to it?

It is most likely the fuel relay, which is located in the fuse box under the hood.If not itcould be a number of simple things : the car needs a tune up, the fuel pump, even check and make sure it is getting air. All of these are a good idea to check out!

How do you lower rear shocks on 95 Cadillac deville?

Answer: lower rear shocks on 95 CadillacI will tell you, IT IS NOT EASY, but it can be done. But you could do what I did on my 91' cadi. deville, your car is eqiped with a air ride system, just about all caddy's 1990 and up have this. It's a little air compresser that airs up the back of your car when the car rides low, it's call a self leveling system. Now what you want to do is get under the hood of your car and find were it is, should be easy to find. Now, find were the wires hook up to it and disconnect the wires from the compresser. There shoulded be no need to cut the wires, there should just be a connecter that you can disconnect. After you do this, YOUR DONE! You won't see a difference right away, it takes a while for the rest of the air to get out of the rear shocks. It will make the car lower, but it rides the same, it also rides smoother & softer.I unhooked mine and it never even lite up a "Check Engine" light on the dash.

Now if that's not low enough for you, here's the hard part, I'll try to tell this shorly. Jack up the back of your car off the ground and put jack stands on the body/fram, ( somewere that's safe and strong ). Take off you back tires ond find a way to take out your rear coil springs. ( this job will take a while ) After you got out both coil springs, take them and cut off some of the sping, BOTH have to be the same. Cut off about 1/4 or 1/3 of the spring. If all looks good, put it all back togather and there you go. But I prefer to unhook the air ride system. Good luck, hope you'll be ridin' low.
