whoever thought that this would be a good question is extreamly stupid!! but i will answer it anyway....anaroxic people usually try to stay away from foods with a lot of calories. examples of foods are: apples, carrots, beans, radishes, tea, water, and any diet sodas. some of these foods are called negative calorie food because the human body uses up calories to digest food and if the food takes more calories to digest than are actually in the food so the net gain of calories is negative, i hope next time whoever asked this question will not ask such stupid questions!
