Depends on the model. 1500 fuel pump or ignistion switch. If it wont start at all expect the fuel pump. If it is intermittant expect the switch.

They are 6 1/2" speakers. However, they are specially designed to fit the avalanche door. The speakers are formed into a teardrop shaped housing. Standard round 6 1/2" speakers won't fit into this housing. You have to either screw it directly into the door frame, or you can get some adapters made by Scosche. Best buy had them.

Also, you'll have to tap into your factory speaker wires, as they won't plug directly into stereo shop speakers.

I just replaced mine, and until the brackets get here, I cut the bad speakers and their supports out of the plastic housing and sandwiched the new ones between the bracket and the door and put the screw back in. It works fine temporarily.

It's easy its just above the starter remove the starter with 1/2" socket your crank sensor is right there one 10mm socket

Remove your idler pulley first. it is the pulley right next to the alternator.

If you look under the dash in the area above the parking brake pedal, you'll see the mechanism that fits into the gear teeth of the pedal, locking it in the down position when engaged. You'll also see the part of that mechanism where the cable normally attaches. If you depress the pedal slightly, it takes the tension off the mechanism and you can then rotate if off of the gear teeth by pushing/pulling on the part where the cable is normally connected. Then the pedal will release allowing you to slowly let it return to non-engaged position.

serpentine belt is located to the to the left side of the engine when standing in front of the car. locate the tensioner (it looks like a pulley with a short metal arm attachiing it to the engine. in the center of that pulley you take and wrench that fits that nut(i think a 15mm)then pull the wrench towards you taking tension off the belt, making sure you reroute the belt in the right way, do the same with the tensioner to allow slack to put the new belt on.

Not sure if your model is the 1500 or 2500………this is from a 1500………..also…..you need to look at the 8th digit of your VIN. VIN letters V, T, U and G are all located on the top rear of the engine………..the only one I have a pic for is the VIN G, 8.1L……….

You have to take the glove box right out, there is a filter housing behind it that is not visible with the glove box still in

On a 2001 300M you use and 18" ratchet extension, or combination of extensions, to loosen the tensioner. You can loosen it by loosening the center pulley bolt from the top. Then from under the car, use your ratchet and extension and turn counterclockwise in the tensioner bolt. This will allow you to remove the old belt. Do the reverse to replace the belt. I also remove the bolts from the crossmember body piece, like you do to replace your headlights.

Well the 1996 2.4L Mitsubihi had 140HP. so I figure a 93 might have about 125 to 138 They had that engine on certain Sebrings and Sonatas as well. But its not about horsepower its about torque... and they are stumppullers.

Check in the cargo area. There is a nut that lowers the spare tire on a cable hidden under a flap in the carpet. If the tire does not come down all the way then the safety catch is stuck. The tire will come down a few inches and hang by the plastic t-bone holder. You'll need to get underneath the car and either reach over the tire or up in the center hole to release it. It is thinner than the main cable and hard to get at, but with some effort and good hard tug it will release. It's a horrible design flaw. After you finally get the spare tire off, you should either lubricate the release catch liberally or disable it completely so you're not stuck again. I'm just glad it happened to me and not one of my daughters.

try turning the key to run give the fuel pump a minute to prime the engine before starting. if this doesn't help take it in and have it checked

Can also be a partially clogged fuel filter or a fuel pump that is weak and failing.

I wonder if there is a problem with an actuator that moves a vane ....which keeps the two sides separate or together as needed... that is disconnected, or has a vacuum line cracked or leking? I really have no idea, but just wanted to get this started... cheers, Lyman i had the same problem. diconnected the battery and when i reconnected the battery the digital climate control started to blink. i found out there is a glitch in the ecm and you have to have your computer re booted by a scope. then it should return to normal.

It is important to pay attention to the warning lights on a car. To reset a service engine light on a car, a person must fix the problem causing the light to go off.

This is the timing belt, I think. Takes a lot of expertise. Get the shop manual. If you screw it up, you can damage the engine.
