It isn't a bad job if you're handy with tools. They sell kits at most stores there are Helicoils and then solid inserts, all you do is tap the hole, out in the insert and then the spark plug. A tip to doing this, make sure the tap you get has vertical ridges for grease so the pieces are not falling in. Use a shop vac and vaccum out the debri from it as well. pull the distriburetor out and get a primer shaft that will fit a Chrysler product from summit racing and put it in a 1/2 " drill and put the drill in reverse and spin away until you get oil pressure on your instrument panel gauge or if the engine isn't in the car or you don't have a oil gauge you can pull a valve cover off and when oil starts lubricating the valve train your primed.

Clean out the throttle body, you can do it yourself in about 15 minutes. Take air cleaner off, spray throttle body cleaner in, whip out with clean cloth around the edges and your ready to go. I had to pay a dealer 150 bucks to do this and when I did it myself I was ashamed that I payed anyone to do it. Just bought another one, I have a 2005 and 2006.

Start by checking the fuse panel for a blown horn fuse in the fusebox. If it is good, move on to the horn button and relay. The easy way to see if these are working properly, turn the key to "on." There is a horn relay, probably in the fuse box. Push the horn button and listen to the relay for a "clicking" sound. If there is a clicking sound when you push the button, these two should be ok. This should narrow the problem down to the horn itself. I have owned two dodge vehicles and have had to replace a horn on each of them and this was how I determined that it was the horn and not other circuitry.

Since your question does not indicate that the other "running" lights are not working, I suspect that they are working. Since the license plate light does NOT have it's own dedicated circuit, and therefore it's own fuse, it is not a blown fuse. IF all other rear lights, are working, then the problem is limited to the bulb SOCKET or the hot wire to it. That wire is relatively short, in that it is connected to the tail light wiring in the trunk area near one of the tail light assemblies. I can think of three possibilities that would cause the lcense plate lamp circuit to be "open:" 1. Somehow, the wire got cut or broken. 2. A connector has become disconnected. 3. Water has gotten into a connector, bulb socket, or ground connection, causing corrosion which impedes the flow of electrical current.
