So, you can see that it is only possible to answer your question in very general terms: The higher the capacity of the card, the more images you can store at whatever camera settings. And, as you can see above, even at the highest settings with a high MP count, you can take a lot of pictures!
One thing to think about: storage cards can and do fail. It is better to have two 1 GB cards than one 2 GB card, unless you plan to shoot a whole lot of video. That way if one fails, you can keep shooting and worry about retrieving the images off the other card later.

The important thing is not how many megapixels the camera has, but how well-focussed and sharp the original photo was in the first place. A camera with more megapixels doesn't make you a better photographer: a poor 6"x4" will be an atrocious A4 size photo (Hint: focus on the eyelashes.)

the question is vague but I'll answer to the best of my abilities...If your computer has an SD card reader, simply put the card into the reader and proceed to step 2 below. If you do not and if the sd memory card is for a phone, camera or similar device start from step 1
1. connect the included usb cable for the device to a computer.
2. In most cases, the device should appear as a removable storage device under "My Computers" if you're on a PC or Linux, or on the desktop if you're on a mac.
3. If it doesn't appear, install the device drivers by inserting the disc that came with the device and follow the instructions to install the drivers.
