If you will look there are some metal contact on usually the right rear door, it looks like brass or copper connection. These contacts will get corrosion on them and quit working, if you will use some steel wool or light sand paper to knock off the dark color they will probably start working again.

Look at the dryer/receiver tank. There is a label that identifies what type of refrigerant to use, and how much to use. Warning: If you don't know this already, then it is possible that you are not trained and equipped to work on AC systems. There are safety and legal ramifications involved. Suprisingly there are non except for the stock transmission. It looks like you missed out on yours Because the 90's-98's can fit almost any SUV or light truck transmission with the correct conversion kit. So can the 2000's to present. tough luck.

It is Low on Freon. I have a Tahoe that does the excat thing when my freon gets low..the back will be freezing cold and the front not.

If it's not broke then don't fix it. Replace it only when it starts going out are quites.

they work fine in my 1984 3/4 ton Chevy with a 383 stroker.

The 2000 GMC Yukon Denali fuel pressure regulator is located on the back of the fuel injector pump. The fuel injector pump is located on the top of the engine.

I just did an intake manifold job on a 1999 5.7L suburban. The intake manifold to the heads, note this sequence....from front to back on the passenger side 7,1,3,5......from front to back on the drivers side 8,4,2,6. Tighten # Tighten the bolts on the first pass in sequence (1-8) to 3 N·m (27 lb in). # Tighten the bolts on the second pass in sequence (1-8) to 12 N·m (106 lb in). # Tighten the bolts on the final pass in sequence (1-8) to 15 N·m (11 lb ft). Use Loc-tite blue on these bolts and follow the above sequence and torque levels.

Hi I have locked the keys in my Suburban several times. I have found that I can pop the top edge of the pasenger side window out slightly and using a 1/4 thighk buy 3/4 wide stick about 8' long I can reach across and hit the unlock switch on the drivers door. I hope this helps oldgrizzly


if it has power locks and is like my 94 GMC you can take a flat head screw driver and stick just the tip in the driver side front door key hole and turn as if it were a key and it will pop the lock

Yes it will bolt right up.

It could be a number of things. But, I would start with the Mass Air Flow(MAF) Sensor. That's what happened with my '96 Suburban. When you open the hood. It's located in between the two coil hoses that run from your air filter to the motor. Start up the engine and pull out the plug. If the engine changes idle then it's probably not it. But, if it does could be the source of the problem.

Hi check with your GMC dealer about ordering a owners manual for you 91 this will have a lot of other info you may also need along with fuse gos to what although most fuse blocks are marked next to each fuse they are hard to see . oldgrizzly

According to the Clymer service manual, the spark gap should be 0.7-0.8 mm, as with most of these bikes. Actually, the required plugs (NGK BP7ES or BPR7ES, depending on who do you trust - the difference is an incorporated series resistor in the "R" plug) seem to come factory-set to that gap, but it never hurts to check, I guess...

They are for the most part the same, GM makes both.

I HAVE A 1988 CADDI BROUGHAM I PUT SOME 15 INCH REVERSE DEEPPDISH CROME 100 SPOKES ON THEM. THE FRONT FIT FAIRLY WELL BUT THE REAR WHEELS DID NOT FIT AT ALL. THE PLACE WERE I GOT THEM DONE WAS JJUST A TIRE SHOP SO THEY DID NOT KNOW AND COULD NOT QUOTE ME AN EXACT PRICE ON AIR SUSPENSION OR EVEN RAISING THE REAR 3 INCHES SO THEY CAN FI. i WANTED TO KNOW THE AVERAGE COST SO I CAN GO WITH THE BEST BARGIN.

It can cost you a lot of money to buy and install the air bags for any vehicle. On older model vehicles its important to know that you may be only getting a temporary fix to your problem.

There is a better way!! Strutmasters.com has a non air conversion kit for your vehicle that can save you a lot of time and money. I got one for my Lincoln a couple months ago and I have had no more air trouble! It cost a fraction of the amount that replacing the air on the vehicle would have cost me. I have to say I am pleased with the product and the customer service that I got from them. I would say if your thinking about replacing the air, think twice and call Strutmasters.com.

beat on the underside of your fuel tank repeatedly (Don't be shy) with a large rubber mallet, dead blow or even if there is room kick it. If it starts after the beating it is NOT fixed! all you managed to do is break the armature loose inside the fuel pump motor allowing it to spin. It will only work a couple of times but it is a quick way to know if your fuel pump has gone out. I highly recommend replacing the wiring harness that powers the pump as well since it is very inexpensive and is submerged in fuel.

The fuel lines disconnect at the tank and yes there is a tool required. You can get it at advanced or discount auto for a couple of bucks.

There is an adapter that is put in place of the fuel filter that has a test port that the fuel gauge hose will fit too. Might be able to get one from a parts store.

It should be self adjusting, if it is slipping it could mean you need a new belt or a new belt tensioner.
