At Got Hedgehogs?! - a USDA licensed breeder with over 15 years' experience.
Yes, but only if they have something hard in their vicinity, so they can crack the egg open.
People should be aware and not crack the eggs for them, as this is poisonous for them and they can die. But you can leave whole eggs out for them, and they will crack them themselves.

Why are hedgehogs illegal in PA?
According to the e-mail I sent to the PGC (Pennsylvania Gamers Commission), this is what they wrote. After I show you what they wrote, I wrote this first: Hi! My name is Alyssa and I was wondering if you could own African Pygmy Hedgehogs as pets.
This is what they wrote back:
The Pennsylvania Game Commission is legislatively mandated the duty to protect, propagate, manage and preserve the game and wildlife of this Commonwealth and to enforce, by proper actions and proceedings, the laws of this Commonwealth relating thereto. In order to administrate and enforce Title 34 (The Game and Wildlife Code), the Commission through proper action shall prohibit the possession, importation, exportation or release of any species of birds or animals which may be considered dangerous or injurious to the general public or to the wildlife of this Commonwealth.
Hedgehogs are considered dangerous and injurious to Pennsylvania's native wildlife. Hedgehogs feed on the eggs or young of ground-nesting game, and can carry diseases like Leptospira pomona (affects young dairy calves) and ringworm which affects humans. Hedgehogs were released by people in New Zealand in 1885, and now are more numerous there than their native range in Britain. Since Pennsylvania shares the same climate changes as Britain and New Zealand, hedgehogs would be able to survive the winter and possibly start a wild population in Pennsylvania. For these reasons the Commission does not allow the importation or possession of hedgehogs.
You can feed your hedgehog cat food for it's every day meal. Not much though. Usually 10-15 peices a day if perfect. For treats you can feed them mealworms purchased from a pet food store. Make sure to keep these guys refrigerated.

Can hedgehogs eat iceberg lettuce?
They can, but there is a good chance they won't. Also, iceberg lettuce has very little nutritional value, so if you do give it to them, it should be only in very small quantities, to keep them from filling their stomach with worthless food, preventing them from eating foods that are actually good for them.
Do hedgehogs live Pennsylvania?
Hedgehogs are not a part of the natural wildlife anywhere in Pennsylvania. With the exception of a zoo or similar business, they are also basically illegal to keep as pets, as well. It's not to say there aren't ANY hedgehogs in Pennsylvania. It's just that what is there is very limited.

Why does tachycardia greater than 200 beats per minutes results in decreased coronary perfusion?
The heart does not have enough time between contractions to fill with enough blood to maintain adequate cardiac output. This is especially a concern because the heart itself is perfused during diastole (the period between ventricular contractions).
See your doctor. There are many reasons for rapid heartbeat. Most are not serious but only a doctor will be able to tell.
