How often should PCV valve be changed?
Generally I would check it every 30k, and change it every 60k. They're not that expensive, and it wouldn't hurt to replace it a little early.

I follow the following message on my 2004 Forenzar to remove P0342 successfully.
My car had the symptoms of an intermittent check engine light illumination when engine temperature was warm up to certain point. I hooked it up to a CAN (computer area network- 0r network of computers) compatible scanner and got code P0342. This indicates low input from the camshaft position sensor. This code can be removed after 2-3 more miles warm up. The P0342 repeated after warm up every trip recently so I decide to replace the bad part. I did a little checking of ohms between each terminals to verify this valus could be different from a bad one in my car and went to work replacing the faulty sensor. I found that many web site has this parts about 50-65 USD.
I hope the new sensor is better than the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). This is likely to be that the new one is updated and therefore less likely to fail. The car only had 85,000 miles on it and Suzuki wouldn't cover it under the power train warranty.
Here's how to replace the cam sensor.
1) To replace the sensor you remove the top engine cover by two allen screws on top.
2) Next remove the air filter box.
3) After that raise or otherwise support the engine slightly to take the weight off the passenger side engine mount.
4) Now remove the fasteners from the top of the mount. The mount may be siezed and require an orange rubber mallet. Now you can access the M6 10mm head bolt that secures the timing cover in place.
5) Take it and the plate out. Now you have access to the sensor.
6) Note the whole timing cover doesn't need to be removed.
7) Inside you'll see the bottom brassy metal half of the sensor.
8) There's a special "E" socket required to remove the bolt on the sensor.
9) I say "E" because that's what the sockets say like "E8" it's basically a female torx bit. Torx are like "T55" etc. You can buy a set at your local auto parts house cost about 13 USD. They look like a star as apposed to a hexagon.
10)BE CAREFUL! While you remove the bolt have a magnet wand right there to catch it. If you don't you could drop it into the timing cover to eat your timing belt. I do not have magnet socket. I inserted paper to cover all holes to avoid the start screw drop into timing belt box.
11)No big deal, just 2 hours of extra labor you don't have to do. OK now you can pull out the sensor from the top and unplug it! You now just need to wiggle the new one in and mount the "E" bolt back into it. I use a small mirror to aim the screw hole. I also tight the screw head by one layer paper between socket. Then I remove all paper out of timing belt box.
12) good luck
you should only change the gasket if you have to take the valve cover off....... you should only change the gasket if you have to take the valve cover off.......

The 1998 Hyundai Elantra takes a 20" drivers side, 18" passenger side and a 14" rear wiper. See sources and related links below for more information. You keep blowing fuses on your 2000 Hyundai accent why?
"Blowing" FusesFuses and Circuit Breakers are safety devices designed and installed in electrical circuits TO PROTECT the conductors [wires] from short circuits and overload conditions which can cause extreme overheating that can result in damage to the insulation and the conductors, and worse, the possibility of a FIRE which could destroy the vehicle. When a fuse, and replacement fuses blow, especially if it happens repeatedly, is an indicator of an UNSAFE CONDITION in that circuit, usually a short. Do not install a larger fuse in a misguided attempt to correct the problem. To install a larger fuse would almost guarantee damage to the wiring and an electrical system fire. The proper "fix" is for a qualified technician, who knows what he/she is doing, to troubleshoot the circuit, find and identify the defect, and make proper repair [s], BEFORE replacing the fuse again [with the properly sized fuse].
How do you change the low beam headlamp on a 2001 Hyundai Elantra?
This is not a fun task, especially if it is the driver side ( you have to remove plastic cover in front of battery).
To change headlamp: 1. remove round cover under hood(2.5 in diameter) 2. there is a little wire that crosses over the bulb. To remove, use finger and press at 1:00 position (toward front of car) and lift upward. the wire is hinged at the 3:00 position. 3. pull the bulb straight out. 4. unplug bulb from socket.
putting it back is a little tricky. make sure you dont touch then new bulb with your hands.
1. plug bulb into wire socket 2. re-insert back into headlamp housing hole. Make sure spring wire is out of the way of the hole. Make sure the flat bottom of the bulb housing is facing down. 3. look from the front to make sure bulb is flush. 4. make sure wires are out of the way of the back of the bulb. 5. while holding the bulb flush with one finger, swing the wire over the back of the bulb, raise up a little, then push in and down. This will hurt the hell out of your fnger, because you can only do this with one finger. It should lock in place. 6. If you are having trouble getting the wire to latch back in, it might be bent (flatten out). If it does get bent, bend it back a little. it should have a slight arc to it. I have done this so many times. It really is a piss poor design.
Sounds like to me that the shifter linkage didnt positively engage the transmission into park older cars sometimes have sloppy linkage mechenisms and that's most likely what happened.
AnswerUse the parking break in addition to putting your vehicle in park. It is bad on your transmission to park on a hill without your parking break on. What you need to do is place your foot on the break put the car in neutral apply the parking break and then shift into park. What is the manual transmission fluid type for a 2007 Hyundai Elantra?

What do you do if the SRS light will not go out?
I have a 2003 Honda Odyssey and have had the car in 4 times with the SRS light on--every time their computer says to replace the passenger side seat belt. Every time, the light comes on the first time a passenger is in it; I take it back, they do something, the light goes out, but comes on again in a month or so. It is on again right now. I have asked them to query Honda about this, but I do not think the dealer is being honest about this, because it keeps being a problem. I recently replace the battery on my 2000 Honda Odyssey. When I restarted the van, my SRS light came on and stayed on. I told the dealer the battery story and asked if it just needed to be reset. They said no. The dealer says I need a new "unit". This is around $300. I have a hard time believing this as I have never seen this light before and all of the sudden, my SRS is on after replacing the battery. My step dad says that I should try to take the hot wire off the battery and leave it off for 15 minutes then put it back on. As soon as I get my van back, without a new "unit", I will try this! If your SRS light is on due to a faulty seat belt switch Honda foots the bill!! Go to another dealer. Answer 2 Fix SRS for Free I have a 2002 Honda Odyssey. Several months ago, the SRS light came on and stayed on. Recently I called Goudy Honda in Alhambra, CA to reset the light. They told me it would cost $ 95 for compute check. After they checked it, they told me they need to fix a side air bag chip and everything is free. I am very surprised.
