Hw much does Bam Margera make in a year?

To begin to estimate what Bam makes in a year you have to do some back tracking. First, Bam is a professional athlete (Skater) so he draws a salary from his sponsor, element in this case, and he earns money from what ever other endorsements follow due to his popularity ie. Jones Soda and Electric Sunglasses, from this he probably makes over 1 million per year before taxes. (the other estimates of 2 million are too high) Element is not the juggernaut is used to be in the late 90's as of 2010 the company is only reporting a 1.4m Profit... so do the math. My guess is he makes more off of other endorsement deals. ~ 1 million

On to the Jackass Franchise. The good news, its highly successful. The bad news, MTV owns the rights to it. Since 2002 the 3 Jackass movies have net over 300 million. Depending on what is negotiated im sure Dickhouse (the jackass guys production company) gets a percentage and MTV gets the remainder, my guess its a 50/50 split. So divide 150 million between 12 people and subtract capital gains tax and you have your payday figure for the Jackass Movies. (I've heard on several occasions that the 3 seasons of the series payed almost nothing) ~ 20 million

CKY Movies (who knows but definatley good for a few mill)

Viva La Bam, a series like this that is highly popular and product driven can net over 250k per episode plus the cost of the budget so the 250k is profit. So he probably got 2 million per season because it was 8 episodes and 3 seasons. So a 6 mill net for that project ... not bad for 7.2 hours of film.

He owns a bar (the note) --who knows... probably pays for itself and maby makes him a few bucks. (we'll call this a real estate asset rather than a business asset.)

He owns a record label which makes some money but not sure what. I haven't heard much about this sector lately... He did have some minor success with " Vaines of jenna " but this venture seems to have dwindled away. He has given up the registration on filthynote.com so.. it seems that if the business is not worth a 12$ dollar domain reg. fee it must be off his radar for the moment. ~ 0$

I'm sure there's tons of things im missing, but just to get an estimate here. Bam is probably worth upward of 30 million and probably generates 3 to 5 million a year on royalties, assorted business ventures and just for being Bam, an internationally recognized, good looking bad boy.

Real-estate: 2m

Assets: 5m

Net worth: $37m. (assuming he has about 30 mill. liquid)

Salary: $3+ Million / annual (and growing)

This puts Bam in the top 0.9 percentile of high income earners, a class called " the super-rich ". Fact: The average per capita income in his home state (Pennsylvania) is $20,880 so hes doing well.

How do you become a sports publicist?

Most likely get a bachelors degree in marketing and sales. Being a sports publicist is hard to do, so you have to work your way up. Best way to do that is to start with a simple journalism job, you get good writing skills, and handle how to work both as a writer and watch as a publicist handles the crowd. Then you can move on to getting jobs as a college sports informational director. This is one step below a professional Sports publicist, but still doing the same job - just not with the pros.

Try skimming through the book, 'Career Opportunities in Advertising and Public Relations' By Shelly field.

It tells you every step to take.

Do you need a Masters to become a sports publicist?

Greetings,

You do not need a degree to become a sports publicist.

However a degree is recommended; communications, marketing, public relations, sports management, even psychology.

I am a sports publicist who has returned to school to acquire a MBA because I want to become an on-line adjunct professor, earning a PhD. A doctoral degree is great for becoming a sports industry consultant.

Hoping this helps.

What classes should I take to become an eye doctor?

The common path to practicing as a physician requires 8 years of education beyond high school and 3 to 8 additional years of internship and residency. All States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories license physicians. Education and training. Formal education and training requirements for physicians are among the most demanding of any occupation-4 years of undergraduate school, 4 years of medical school, and 3 to 8 years of internship and residency, depending on the specialty selected. A few medical schools offer combined undergraduate and medical school programs that last 6 years rather than the customary 8 years. Premedical students must complete undergraduate work in physics, biology, mathematics, English, and inorganic and organic chemistry. Students also take courses in the humanities and the social sciences. Some students volunteer at local hospitals or clinics to gain practical experience in the health professions. The minimum educational requirement for entry into medical school is 3 years of college; most applicants, however, have at least a bachelor's degree, and many have advanced degrees. There are 146 medical schools in the United States-126 teach allopathic medicine and award a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree; 20 teach osteopathic medicine and award the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. Acceptance to medical school is highly competitive. Applicants must submit transcripts, scores from the Medical College Admission Test, and letters of recommendation. Schools also consider an applicant's character, personality, leadership qualities, and participation in extracurricular activities. Most schools require an interview with members of the admissions committee. Students spend most of the first 2 years of medical school in laboratories and classrooms, taking courses such as anatomy, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, psychology, microbiology, pathology, medical ethics, and laws governing medicine. They also learn to take medical histories, examine patients, and diagnose illnesses. During their last 2 years, students work with patients under the supervision of experienced physicians in hospitals and clinics, learning acute, chronic, preventive, and rehabilitative care. Through rotations in internal medicine, family practice, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, psychiatry, and surgery, they gain experience in the diagnosis and treatment of illness. Following medical school, almost all M.D.s enter a residency-graduate medical education in a specialty that takes the form of paid on-the-job training, usually in a hospital. Most D.O.s serve a 12-month rotating internship after graduation and before entering a residency, which may last 2 to 6 years. A physician's training is costly. According to the Association of American Medical Colleges, in 2004 more than 80 percent of medical school graduates were in debt for educational expenses. Licensure and certification. All States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories license physicians. To be licensed, physicians must graduate from an accredited medical school, pass a licensing examination, and complete 1 to 7 years of graduate medical education. Although physicians licensed in one State usually can get a license to practice in another without further examination, some States limit reciprocity. Graduates of foreign medical schools generally can qualify for licensure after passing an examination and completing a U.S. residency. M.D.s and D.O.s seeking board certification in a specialty may spend up to 7 years in residency training, depending on the specialty. A final examination immediately after residency or after 1 or 2 years of practice also is necessary for certification by a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialists (ABMS) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). The ABMS represents 24 boards related to medical specialties ranging from allergy and immunology to urology. The AOA has approved 18 specialty boards, ranging from anesthesiology to surgery. For certification in a subspecialty, physicians usually need another 1 to 2 years of residency. Other qualifications. People who wish to become physicians must have a desire to serve patients, be self-motivated, and be able to survive the pressures and long hours of medical education and practice. Physicians also must have a good bedside manner, emotional stability, and the ability to make decisions in emergencies. Prospective physicians must be willing to study throughout their career to keep up with medical advances. Advancement. Some physicians and surgeons advance by gaining expertise in specialties and subspecialties and by developing a reputation for excellence among their peers and patients. Many physicians and surgeons start their own practice or join a group practice. Others teach residents and other new doctors, and some advance to supervisory and managerial roles in hospitals, clinics, and other settings. What are different types of packaging of electronic components?

The common type of electronics packaging is referred to as static protective packaging orelectrostatic discharge(ESD). Typical package types include static bags and corstat containers.

~

According to what I know, there's the following:

1. Dissipative Polybag - has the ability to dissipate a static charge to ground. This keeps charge (static electricity) from building up on the package or the device. This material is also antistatic, suggesting that it will not charge up (tribocharge) when rubbed against other materials.

2. Conductive Polybags - the conductivity is about 103-2 and will dissipate a charge very fast. Unfortunately this fast dissipation also means that a charged person or object can 'spark' (ESD) to its surface.

3. Shielding Bags - provide the dissipative and antistatic attributes of the poly bag but add a metal shield and polyester dielectric to sop static from entering the bag.

4. Moisture Barrier Bags - it provides dissipation, antistatic properties static shielding and add a moisture vapor barrier. the moisture barrier protects moisture sensitive items and improves long term storage.

What are the differences between an original portrait and a print?

Originals and PrintsFirst poster was right, second poster was sort of right. Prints are reproductions, PRINTMAKING is a technique by which one can make art, (painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpting are all examples). If you're talking about purchasing one or the other, they are definitely two distinct things. You can purchase a print of an artwork made by printmaking; it just means it is not the original artwork, it is a reproduction, usually downscaled and printed on paper.

The below answer isn't entirely true. Printmaking techniques are original artworks, these include etchings, collagraphs, lithographs, lino cuts, wood cuts etc. So maybe there's no difference.

A print is a reproduction. It is not the original. It's a copy.

To add to this answer, an original (for instance a painting) is the original piece that was created by the artist. A print (or lithograph) is a result of having the original photographed, or more likely now digitally scanned, and reproduced in mass quantity on a printing press resulting in multiple quality reproductions.

What are dominat traits?

Dominant traits are genetic traits that are expressed over a recessive genetic trait.

This relates only to single genes where one specific marker controls a genetic trait.

Below is a fairly simple hypothetical explanation and (made up) example. Genetics is much more complex in reality and a full explanation can be found at the "Related Link" below the answer.

Genes carry both a dominant marker and a recessive marker for a particular trait, one being donated by each original parent.

One is dominant over the other and is expressed physically.

For example, a person may have the trait for green eyes as well as for blue eyes, if the green is dominant, it is then physically expressed by the person having green eyes. The person still, however, carries the trait for blue eyes in his genetic makeup - which can still be passed on to his/ her offspring.

In this instance his/ her offspring could either have blue or green eyes, depending on the traits inherited from the other parent.

Bear in mind that when sex cells are produced by the parents, only one of the traits is donated by each parent. To extend the example from above, the parent could produce a gamete (egg or sperm) that has the trait for green eyes or others that have the trait for blue eyes. The cannot carry over the trait for say brown eyes, as that trait is not carried within their genetic make up (only green or blue).

As mentioned above genetics is complicated; normally something like eye colour would be controlled by a number of genes and not just one, making the number of possible combinations more complex to calculate.
