I found that you have to remove the plastic paneling on the underside of the front on the driver's right side of the car There should be about 4 screws. You'll find a black wingnut nearly touching the inner side of a 1.5" metal pipe. That's the radiator plug.
I had trouble re-threading the plug, and I found that the best way to overcome that is to use a screwdriver to push the radiator away from the pipe and then screw in the plug.

There is a release leaver on the drivers side of car by the back seat of the car. It is just inside the door. You should have two (2) release leavers the top is to fold the front set forward and the other is to open the back lid over the top. If it is a little stiff you may need to Pull up on it while you pull the release leaver(mine is).
AnswerThere's a release lever for the rear deck lid behind the drivers seat near the door opening. The lever is locked and needs a key, or in my case no-key, the lock removed, two Phillips screws. Once the deck lid is un-locked, open the lid and hold it upright and grab the center of the rag top and lift. Note: Both doors must be opened, or the windows get in the way. AnswerThere is an access panel under the rear seat. Before you replace the pump, remove it from the tank and check the filter attached to the pump inside the tank. If it looks crappy, you may have an accumulation inside the pump restricting its flow. Test the pump by tapping on it with a hammer while someone is turning the motor over with the key. You will be able to feel it running if it is still good. If it runs, replace this filter, as well as the one mounted to the firewall. When the filter is off the pump, clean out the pump inlet port and spray some WD40 into it and retest. If necessary, new pumps on EBAY with the filter run around $25.00. The filter alone from your local auto parts store are $14.00.it's glued on with contact cement glue
AnswerI just replaced the latch on mine. There was no glue or rubber cement, at least on my model. In order to remove the old latch:
- Open the soft-top halfway, so it balances with the frontmost portion in a roughly vertical orientation. The goal is to let it balance on its own, so you don't have to hold it. Alternatively, get a friend to hold it for you.
- Starting on one side, carefully wiggle the top strip panel straight away from the rest of the soft top. There is an indentation in the side of it where the locking bolt fits, holding it on.
- You need to carefully slide the panel away, so that the indentation comes away from the locking bolt.
- On mine, the passenger-side locking bolt was smaller than on the driver's side, but yours could be reversed (or they could be the same size). Be careful, and try each side with increasing pressure, to minimize the risk of breaking the paneling.
- Once one side of the panel is free, carefully pull the rest of the panel free. Be careful not to bend it enough to break it.
- Slide the other side of the panel away from the soft-top.
- Remove the locking bolt on the latch (mine was a 10mm bolt on the driver's side, and a larger Phillips screw on the passenger side).
- Unscrew the two (Phillips) bolts on the bottom of the locking mechanism
- Slide the entire assembly out the front of the front
