You can go to www.autozone.com Click on 'repair info'(middle, far-left of webpage) --> click on 'troubleshooting'(under 'repair info'), --> click on one of the 'feels', 'looks', etc. pics (in your case, probably the 'sounds' one) --> then go from there. The probable causes are listed in priority from 1 to how ever many probable causes are listed. You can find out what price it would cost for a particular part by 'choosing a vehicle'(top-left corner), then continuing with the answers pertaining to your vehicle. If you want this info saved (so you won't have to keep inputting the info into the website everytime you return to it, then you can register for free and save your info for future use. Also, you can add other vehicles you might own.) You may want to start with the lowest cost item and go upwards from there, especially if the item is in the top 5 or so of the priority listed. How do you remove a radio from 1998 tracer?
To remove the radio, you will need a special tool to go into the two holes on the left and right side of the radio panel. The tool could probably be made from a metal coat hanger, by cutting about a 6 inch piece and bending into a U shape. When you insert this tool it just releases the panel and allows you to pull it out. Unfortunately you cannot change out the radio if you have the standard AM/FM radio that came with my 98 Tracer. I had to order a kit from somewhere like crutchfield.com. This entire process is a pain in the butt because the A/C controls are on this same panel. So be prepared to remove LOTS of wires. The kit you buy will come with instructions on what you need to disconnect, and it will have a hole in it so you can replace the radio with any standard in-dash radio you can find anywhere (Best Buy, Circuit City, Crutchfield, etc.). It took me a while to get mine done and I would NEVER attempt to do it again, but it was totally worth getting a CD player in my car. Good luck!

How do you change the rear struts on a 1999 olds intrigue?
You'll need a coil spring compressor. Jack up the rear end. Remove rear tire. Open the rear trunk - remove rubber cover / locate the "three" mounting bolts to the assemby. Remove lower mounting bolt on strut. Remove strut assembly -caution ... it's under a lot of pressure from the coil spring. Remove the OLD strut from the assembly. To replace the new strut, you'll need to compress the coil spring as much as possible. Re-assemble the strut to the mounting hardware. Push the "three bolt" assembly through the trunk mount and tighten. Re-attach the lower mounting bolt to the strut.
Be advised "under a lot of pressure from the coil spring." Is a serious understatement. You need a special tool to compress this strut and attempting to disassemble strut without the tool locking it in could result in SERIOUS injury or even death.
