The scope of advertising has a lot of future to go because in present life the technology has been increased that much. The scope of advertising management mainly depends on the change in technology,for example now-a-days advertising can make a blender by increase the sale of onething to many people by publicity such publicity can create along sale and services towards the product used by them.

Before doing anything a person thinks what to do? That is he visualizes the things and take necessary action to achieve it. For E.G: A person set his goals first and than achieve it. That means vision is necessary to achieve your goals, than only one can reach his goals by taking action towards it.

Therefore vision will come first, then mission.

Vision is your dream what you want.

Mission is to take action to fulfill your dream.

If you have no vision means you have no mission or purpose in life.

No a company should not have a mission without vision, there is no mission witout a vision, if your mission is to do somthing then you are suppose to have an expected outcome which is the vision.

An opinion question to which there is no definite answer except to say that I'm sure they strive to.

Most companies do. Most companies have a rambling, boring, meaningless mission statement that offers little guidance to anyone regarding how this company will actually behave. Upper management creates a motto without real meaning (Quality is Job One, Army of One, Our employees are our family) and the front line workers are never taught any way to actually apply it in any useful way. The execs hope the motto will carry the message for them and it NEVER works. The only motto that ever really applies is "We will do all we can to maximize profits while expending as little of our resources as possible. We will outsource our customer service department to avoid having to listen to your pesky complaints because once we have your money, we really don't need you any more".

If employees are in a depressing, dim lit building- they will react to it becoming "mopey" and tired. People in general respond to their surroundings.....whether they think they do or not. That is why the suicide rate is higher in the winter than in the summer months. In the winter months it gets darker earlier and traditionally (depending on where you are) there is A LOT of cloud cover. People are a product of their environment. Chaos breeds chaos. You want the "morale" of your employees to be high. If there is a lot of complaining or high turn over rate of employees-----there's something wrong. Look at the environment provided by the company to see if POSSITIVE changes could be made. Make easier to navigate through the store/office....or brighter lighting/more lighting.....or make sure things are organized and easy to deal with just in general......hows overall comfort throughout the day for everyone?
