You either have air bubbles in the system or most likely it's your clutch master cylinder. Answer: Could also be a leak in one of the lines a bad slave cylender or just out of fluid..worst case clutch is going look for RPM spikes. easiest fix look for a leak, fix it bleed the clutch.

The 2.0L engines do not have a map sensor. The ECU meters intake air through the mass air flow sensor to calculate how much fuel to inject.

The 1.8L engines should have a similar setup installed on them but I dont deal in those very often. Hope this helps.

In order to replace the rear engine mount on a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder GT v6 3.0L, one would first need to acquire a few jack stands to help accommodate the steps involved. From there, the Eclipse Chat Board would need to be lifted off, and the mount can be replaced from then on.

Alright, I just did it myself... I even have some pictures if you need it. I will try to make this brief. Are you talking about the 4 banger or the V6? Here is the one for the V6:

Remove intake manifold for better visibility.

Disconnect two medium size hoses directly behind the engine and almost in the middle of the firewall. Directly adjacent to the wiring harness entering the vehicle through the firewall.

Loosen, but do not remove, the main screw in between the two hoses holding the Evap/Heater box to the firewall.

Now here comes the hard part -- Remove your dashboard... that's right... the WHOLE thing. There is no other way to accomplish this without it.

When you remove the dash, you will see the box directly behind the glove box.

Remove the main screw carefully while making sure not to break the small alignment plastic piece on the interior of the car.

Remove the box from the car and you will see two hoses coming out of the box that lead back to your heater core.

Disconnect the metal hoses and slide out the heater core.

Now here's the weird part... I doubt your heater core is actually bad. I recently opened mine up to find that my heater core was fine but a small electrical control box that operates a lever wasn't. The gearing froze inside of it and now will not operate a valve that allows coolant to flow through the heater core. Also, as you will find out... nobody sells your particular heater core.

Dot 3 or Dot 4. and if manual the clutch fluid is the same as the brake fluid (Dot3, Dot4)

It will be around $500-$1000 because i just got my 98 eclipse GSX head gasket replaced and it was $700. Shop around for prices because the gasket itself is cheap its the labor that will cost quite a bit.

i just changed one myself it cost me like $200 and that's a competition head gasket kit and a new water pump at that not very hard to do it by yourself just make sure that u torque the bots perfect or it will blow it right back out

I asked at Ed and Al's Autosound and they said they wouldn't even try to replace the dash speaker because it is too hard to match impedance ... they offered to cut the wirs instead.

Take out the battery and the battery box. It is located on the back side of the motor. Stand on the passenger side of the car looking at the motor. All you will be able to see is a little bit of it. You will see the two bolts that hold it and maybe a little bit of it. It is best to feel for it. You should be able to pull it out enough to get the wires off.

The harmonic balancer on Mitsubishi engines is located as an integral part of the crank pulley (I have experience with the 90-99 4G63 inline-4 Mitsu engines; other engines by this marque may differ).

Six-year the oil pressure gauge for your 1999 Mitsubishi eclipse with the retaining screws. Connect the oil pressure gauge wiring harness.

Could be a bad CV joint. It would make a popping noise.

its a air temperature sensor it should be around your intake i don't know where on your car but mine was right under my trottle body next to my water temperature sensor

a door handle is translated "une poignée / une poignée de porte" in French

Look at the roter cap. There are numbers on it and you can follow the spark plug wire back. If it's a v6, it's in the back 3 somewhere.

Depends on which light you wish to replace, If its in the gauge cluster all you have to do is remove the 4 screws holding the cluster in there will be two at the top and two on the bottom then you will have to pull very hard to release it from the snap locks then just unscrew the bulb you wish to change and your done.
