Are cappuchin monkeys legal in UK?
Most Monkey species need a Dangerous wild animal license to own, the capuchin included. a license can only be granted by your local authority and the minimum age is 18. some species do not need a license, but there needs still have to be legal meet under the animal welfare act.
monkeys are not pets, they are intelligent, unpredictable and social (most species) animals and are difficult and expensive to look after. unless you can keep them in top quality zoo conditions, including indoor and outdoor enclosures, enclosure designs, maintaining and controlling social groups, nutrition, evacuation procedures in emergencies, procedures in case of escape, ext, then you shouldn't own one.

Is it legal to have a pet capuchin monkey in Texas?
Well I also live in Texas and was wondering the same thing and it turns out that Texas is one of the partial primate banned states(i.e. some species of monkeys are banned)
I am pretty sure that the only species of monkeys that are banned (as pets) are orangutans and or chimpanzees .
But Capuchin monkeys are aloud .
My cousin and her friend are both 32 and they both live in the same apartment and they both have their own White-faced Capuchin Monkeys . I love it when they come over with them , Ozzy and Izzy. Ever since they came over when I was 7 I have been wanting one (they both live in Texas) .
P.S.
Your Welcome .

Since a marriage license is a legal document, the only beings who can sign are beings who are able to understand what they are signing.
However, in some places marriages do not require legal documentation. For example, in India, it is evidently permissible to marry a snake:
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/articleshow/1609295.cms
"A woman, who claimed to have fallen in love with a snake got married to the reptile as per Hindu rituals at Atala village of Orissa's Khurda district."
Since a monkey is more primatal than a snake, it is likely that it is allowed.
Is a monkey important to its ecosystem?
Chimpanzees are important to the ecosystem, but if you are using this information for a school project or something, I would suggest using a frog instead on a chimpanzee because they are more important in the ecosystem. Hope this helps!
Which monkey hasn't got a tail?
Actually some people are born with "monkey tails". One of the most striking is the existence of the rare "true human tail" (also variously known as "coccygeal process," "coccygeal projection," "caudal appendage," and "vestigial tail"). More than 100 cases of human tails have been reported in the medical literature. The true human tail is characterized by a complex arrangement of adipose and connective tissue, central bundles of longitudinally arranged striated muscle in the core, blood vessels, nerve fibers, nerve ganglion cells, and specialized pressure sensing nerve organs (Vater-Pacini corpuscles). It is covered by normal skin, replete with hair follicles, sweat glands, and sebaceous glands. True human tails range in length from about one inch to over 5 inches long (on a newborn baby), and they can move and contract. Although human tails usually lack skeletal structures several human tails have also been found with cartilage and up to five, well-developed, articulating vertebrae.Baruchin et al. 1983; Dao and Netsky 1984; Lundberg et al. 1962)
