Move the seat all the way forward then remove the nuts or bolts from rear. Move the seat all the way back then remove the front nuts or bolts. Tip the seat back and disconnect the electrical plug(s). Remove the seat from vehicle.

From under the dr. side of the dash, look up at the panel. There will be a small rectangular opening. The connector sits in there. If this panel has ever been removed, the connector may not be visible throught the opening.
