There is only 1 filter, its under the passenger side of the car, right before you get to the back tire... its a silver round thing, should be real easy to find cause nothing else under there has hoses going to it.

No that is incorrect. All you have to do is add antifreeze to your reservoir keep adding it till you get heat. You may have to let your car sit awhile on the on position. I know this is your problem because it works in the warmer weather. Unless your thermostat is stuck and the heater was just blowing air off your motor but I doubt that. Make sure you add enough antifreeze though. You never add when your vehicle is hot and if you add in radiator make sure car is on. If you have to much water in it to add antifreeze there is a screw under radiator to release water from radiator. GOODLUCK

The mark is on the gear right under the chain. Clean off the side of the gear good because its a little divot and hard to see. Then on the pulley for the cam. there is a little pin that sticks out of the block. mark and count the notches. do not miss align these. Good luck

Changing the gasket itself is simple.. drain the oil, unbolt the oil pan from the bottom of the engine, use some aerosol gasket remover and remove all traces of the old gasket, slap the new gasket on with some RTV, and reattach the oil pan to the engine block. Not a whole lot to it.
The trouble lies in getting to it... on a lot of cars, you'll actually have to remove the engine from the engine compartment in order to do this.

The best way is to buy a performance chip for your trucks computer, the other way is to regear it, if it is a 4x4 you will have to regear both the front carrier, and rear differential with the same size gear set, other wise it will ruin your carrier/diff. If it is rear wheel drive only, changing to a different gear ratio can increase speed. Check with your local performance shop on which gear set will get the speed/acceleration you desire, and which would be cheaper to afford.
