Can car dealerships sell cars at a higher price than the mrsp by manufacturer?
yes they can, and they would so that they can later lower the price when making a deal so they end up taking full price of the car.
Can I buy an air car in Europe?
As of today, July 2009, no air cars are on the market yet. There is however a French company, MDI, that has its prototypes, after 15 years of research and development, ready for final tests at the Air France air line facilities this summer. Their first model, the Airpod, is expected to be massproduced from end of 2009 on, in France and Andorra and in 2010 in Switzerland and probably elsewhere also. Zero Pollution Motors ltd intends to build and sell MDI compressed air cars in the USA from 2010 on. Up to now, more than 50 licenses for local MDI plants have been sold all over the world. Tata Motors of India has bought early 2007 the rights to use the MDI engine for whatever purpose it chooses (in cars, as power generator etc...), but only in India. It intends to market a version of its Tata Nano with a compressed air engine, but has not put forward a date. Meanwhile, Tata Motors continues improving the air engine in cooperation with MDI engineers on a regular basis. Do you have to have 2 license plates on your car?
yes * It depends upon the laws in the state in which you reside. Contact the local office of the DMV to find out if two plates are required in your state.
If you have the original set of keys that came with the car, there should have been attached a small metal tag with a code on it. That code will be required. However, if it is nowhere to be found, the dealership should be able to assist you with the VIN number, registration and your ID.

Good luck AND DON't BUY any lists on auctions! These are all free. Make sure the auctioneer/company is reputable, LICENSED, and reputable.
How do i know if my car is in danger of getting repoed?
If you have missed 1 payment, it may be in danger of being repossessed. Depends on the agreement you signed when you borrowed the money to buy your car. Read the agreement you signed. If you have missed 2 payments you can be sure repossession is a distinct possibility. If you have missed 3 payments, they are more likely than not looking for your car right now. Do not allow your car to be repossessed. Once they repossess your car they will sell it for what they can get. Usually less than it is worth. You will then be responsible for the difference in what it sells for and the balance on the loan. You may also be required to pay the repo fees. Your credit will be ruined for 7 years. Talk to the lender and work something out. They do not want to repossess your car, but you will force them to do so, if you do nothing.

Can you get out of a contract for a new car if you paid in full but have not picked it up yet?
ussually the contract has an on delivery clause, so you might be able to get out of it, also many states have a multi-day cool down period where the dealership has to let you get your money back, you can always retain a lawyer.
If you live in the United States, your state has an agency in the tax collector's office or department of motor vehicles that keeps those records. You should contact them. If they tell you to come in, bring your paperwork.
How are car buyer different then car sellers?
A car buyer is actually the ones who will buy a car from a car seller.
At the very top of the car title there should be the state that the car is titled in. Then you will see the VIN number, the first date of registration, the price, make, model, year and the specific body style.
How many boats and cars have ever been made?

How many police cars are there in New York city?
8,839 marked patrol cars and 2,925 unmarked detectives cars
No
This is called bait and switch
If there Representative signed the other contract don't allow them to change it unless there is a big big advantage for you. Get someone else to read it to make sure they haven't:
Made you 3 or 4 year payments 5 or 6 years
Increased you interest rate
Charged you for extended warranty, paint protection, under coating, fabric guard
That you did not ask for!!!!
These are common scams
Some dealers will write a contract based on 0% interest for a certain time and find that they can not get that deal even though they have a signed contract giving that deal.
Don't back down, they either give you a better deal or don't let them change things!!!!
How do I Obtain a court order title in Ohio?
You really need to hire a lawyer to help you do this. A lawyer may charge you $500 but will likely save you money, because you may otherwise spend money on court fees and be turned down.
It is a fairly basic transmision. A locking mechanism (clutch dog) is moved by a cable amd a lever to change from forward gear to reverse, with a neutral inbetween. It is linked to the throttle cable so you can't jam it in reverse while the engine is at full rpms.
Do license plates go in the front of you car?
If you live in a state that issues only one plate, it goes on the rear of the vehicle. If you live in a state that issues two plates, one goes in the rear and the other one goes on the front.
forever
I'm pretty sure they can. The minute you get out of the car it's fair game. Even tho their insurance prohibits it, most repo agents will offer you a ride home if possible.
Talk to the bank, tell them to reposess the truck and you will take care of the payments. Then have them transfer title to you and sell the truck. That way your credit should take a minimal hit in the deal. Next time don't co-sign for anybody.
Can you trade in your car and get the same for it if you still owe on it?
This is tricky. If you trade in your car and get what you owe on it, it is likely you are paying more for your new vehicle (they always mark up the price to equal everything out). If they only give you what the vehicle is worth by blue book value, then they will give you a better deal on the new vehicle. If you want the best deal, then sell the car person-to-person and then buy yourself a new vehicle.
You breaked suddenly and the car behind you went into the back of your car whos at fault?
Normally the car that hit the other car is going to be at fault. The vehicle behind you was obviously too close and was not following at a safe distance that would allow him to stop if you did. The police should have issued him a ticket.
Can you stop payment on a certified check because of misrepresentation?
You should assume the answer is no. Banks are required by law to honor certified checks or face penalties in most cases. You should contact your bank to see if they will stop payment for you, but be aware they are not legally required to except under specific circumstances, and even then there is a particular procedure to follow.
It's much more difficult to stop payment on a certified check than on a regular check, so you're probably going to wind up having to let the check be cashed and then sue to recover your damages.
I believe they can, when the trailer is sold and whatever in it they give you a bill for the balance of the loan
