Can you return a used car you bought in a private sale after three days?
Not unless the seller expressly stated something that turned out no to be true. For instance, if you asked the seller whether the transmission was good and he verbally guaranteed it, and you then found out it wasn't, you have recourse to ask for your money back. However, there's no 3-day return rule for vehicles, new or used. You struck a contract with the seller when you bought the car and it belongs to you.

If they want it badly enough, they'll keep on you and take it when you slip up. Otherwise, you'll be referred to collections, and your credit gets wrecked for the next seven years, so, if you're going this route, hope it lasts that long, because you won't be getting a loan for another.

If a person holds a title to a car but another person has the car who owns the car?
Simple, the title holder, provided the title is in that person's name. Possession may be 9/10ths of the law, but possession is only possession. Ownership is another matter. If you have a title in your name, and someone else has your car and will not give it back-- well, you cannot steal your own property. Just don't enter a structure to get it.

Can a repo man enter your closed but unlocked garage and take your vehicle when you are not home?
Most courts have ruled that you CANT enter a closed dwelling. Carport yes, garage NO. Call a local attorney NOW with the facts and any witnesses you have. Good Luck
Absolutely! Answer If you are referring to the Z31 model (80's) it is a very good car but these cars are getting a little age on them and you should plan on having to replace a few things if you don't know the whole history of the car you're getting. First, the timing belt and other things in that area while you're doing it (water pump, etc). If the belt breaks you lose the engine-so REPLACE IT if in doubt !! Then any sensors that are questionable......

How old do you have to be to buy a car in Kansas?
In general you have to be 18 to enter into a contract such as financing a car.
If you're rich enough (or the car is cheap enough) that you can pay cash for it, I don't believe there's any age limit (though it's not entirely clear why anyone who can't yet drive would want to buy a car, and getting it insured could be tricky).

Where do you get small snow plows?
By small snow plows, I am assuming you are looking for a snow plow that can attach to an ATV or UTV. Warn makes the best ATV and UTV snow plows around. They go on fast and disconnect fast. You can use them for sidewalks and small driveways. Don't kid yourself into thinking it will work on a parking lot. That will take a bigger plow that is mounted on a truck or SUV. If you need more than that, you should get a front loader.

How do you sell a car on which you still owe money?
Contact your lender for an exact payoff balance and ask to make sure they physically have the title in their possesion. Have your buyer bring two cashiers checks - one to you for the amount in excess of your loan balance and a second made out to the lender to pay off the loan. Most lenders will then sign off on the front of the title, releasing their lien, and give or send it to you. You're then required to sign off as the registered owner and give the now "free and clear" title to your buyer to be transfered into their name. If you are selling your car for less than what you owe on it, you'll have to come up with the difference to make the payoff and obtain the title.
