I'm not a mechanic, but I'm pretty sure you have one O2 sensor just before the catalytic converter and one after. The first checks the function of, and regulates, your fuel control unit, and the second checks the efficiency of your catalytic converter. My #1 O2 sensor is screwed into the exhaust pipe about a foot or two before the converter and kind of looks like a spark plug.
On a 2003 Isuzu the O2 sensor is on the driver side of the engine compartment about a foot down from where the exhaust pipe comes out of the header. Just follow the exhaust pipe out of the engine and you will see it. It looks like a spark plug sticking out. It's pretty easy to disconnect the wires, unscrew it and replace it. It is quite easy actually! First off you need to loosen the tension bracket from the top, it's a longer bolt slightly above the alternator, now you need to get under the vehicle, there are only really two bolts holding it on, one very long one and a shorter one. After those are removed you can unplug the alternator from its power source on top...now to remove it..a little tricky! You now have to remove the A/C motor which prevents you from pulling the alternator out from the bottom..it is held on with 4 bolts..once it is off you can drop the alternator..
I don't actually follow the second part of the above answer because removing an an a/c motor is not quite easy. I removed the alternator from the top by removing the big radiator hose and its housing unit from the engine. When you put the housing back, just make sure you seal it good so water won't leak.

Remove the belt by loosening the adjuster until belt can be rolled off pulley.There are 2 12 mm bolts at the top of the alternator .one can be seen from the front without much trouble the other you must feel for from the back . To get the unit to clear power steering and A/c lines it is best to let down the sway bar. undo battery wire from back of alternator. I think it will take longer than 20 minutes for the turbo model .
