Anywhere from 4-6 quarts from empty if you do an oil change. Just check the dipstick if you haven't done an oil change and just need to add oil and if its half way below the full mark then add a quart, let it sit for a few minutes and check again and add accordingly. If it is a oil change, put on your new filter and add 3 quarts to it, let it sit, check the dipstick and add accordingly until it reaches the full mark. Just don't over fill it, don't add an entire extra quart, that will cause issues and may create leaks from the pressure.

1. Place the car in Neutral and set the brake.

2. Remove the wire to the Clutch Safety Switch. Hint, use a small screwdriver to press the detente on the connector.

3. Use a small four inch piece of wire, stripped at both ends, and place one end in each of slot of the connector you just took apart. The car side connector, not the switch side. The wire will make a horse shoe bend.

4. Attempt to start the car. Do not forget to press in the clutch all the way in because you have just removed the clutch SAFETY switch from the system!

5. If the car starts, replace the switch with the correct part as soon as possible.

6. If the car does not start, but appears other wise normal. (power windows, lights, horn, etc..) then the starter is most likely bad.

That's very simple. there two possible conditions, first and foremost, the belt is possibly old and strechted. secondly the tensioner might need to be replaced. starting with the belt try replacing it first, this should solve the problem (as it did with mine) if not, then there's not enough tension on the belt..cbs or your ac compressor is locking up, either short belt the system or replace the compressor

I thought the temp sensor was located above the transmission on the right hand side of the engine just below the lip of the valve cover. I hope the plug is the same, if so, cut the wire and extend it. I know when I replaced mine on my 97 it came with a new sensor and plug with like 2 feet of extra wire. You may want to get a new one as they are pretty inexpensive.

The 95 saturns had two temp sensors and 96+ were OBDII (its smarter and did not need two signals) only requiring one sensor. One for the EGR one for just running. You may have to splice the two lines off of the one sensor.

If they are both dohc, then yes. If the older motor is a sohc, then you will need to change the wire harness and computer...possibly other components to make it work.

On the exhaust manifold the small stainless steel tube is attached to secondary air injection valve. This tube can become restricted and clogged with carbon causing a CEL code. It needs to be cleaned out.

A Saturn clutch is self adjusting. It's a hydraulic system and if the clutch is not adjusting properly it indicates that there is something wrong with the clutch mechanism, either clutch disk, pressure plate or hydraulic components.

Look at your tires sidewall. Follow the recommended PSI

The tire sidewall will list the max pressure.

Check the owners manual or the driver door jamb sticker for the correct pressure for the vehicle

um i know a some about cars i grew up in a mecanics shop i think you should get your tires rotated, and if there is a bigger prob than they well tell you hope i helped:)???? You could have a bad tire or a bad wheel bearing.

Make sure you replaced the sensor with the two wire connector. Make sure the connector to the sensor is corrosion free. Replace it if it is

Needs more power or turn up the bass. i did but nothing i have a single 12 kicker.. before i had to 10 and they were hitting hard.

Timing is controlled by the PCM .

There is actually two on this car. One is on the exhaust manifold with a single wire under the hood and. One is after the cat under the car

recomended 5w-30 but for regions above 20 degrees fahrenheit 10w-30

most likely a blown head gasket, cracked head, or bad intake gasket. with the s series. i would venture to say blown head gasket.

There is no dipstick in the manual transmission. there's a plug on the side of the transmission,just take it out and use your little finger and reach in and see if you can touch the fluid level with your finger if you cant its low or if it comes out when you remove the plug its full,remove the upper plug though not the lower one,and yes some newer transmissions do use transmission fluid instead of thick oil like they use to ,they found out that it cools a lot better and last a lot longer

No, a bad fuse will not cause a malfunction. O2 sensors are located on the exhaust system. there may be more than one. Any auto parts store can provide this info.

According to Chilton's, the Specification for the Spark Plug Tube Nuts, Which bolts the valve cover on, is 33 lbs. The socket size is 30mm. However, I was told by a friend of mine who is a mechanic that he tightens them at 20 lbs.

All you do is remove your back deck, the three pins on the front behind the seats. Then you can use a small socket or screw driver to remove the speakers. Dont try and remove the plastic panels from the deck. Also, a neat thing to do if your gonna take it off, on the deck there is a 90degree panel area between the speaker covers, try cutting it out an fitting a neon in, it looks pretty sweet if you do it correctly.
