if u cant do that i suggest taking ur car to a mecahnic as, this is clearly over your head

Beause there is probably a short/bad connection in the switch, or the blower motor itself

under the steering wheel on the left side

There might be some kind of paneling or retaining ring on the outside of it that needs to be removed first. I'd remove the battery before playing with it, because a lot of cars keep the cigarette lighter hot at all times. (current flowing) But once you can get to the lighter holder, the inside actually screws out from the inside part. And this can be a pain, cause while your chopping your fingers up on the sheetmetal the wires in the back of it usually twist around and give a bit of resistance. Once they are seperated, the electrical connections on the back can be removed. I've removed/replaced at least 10 of em. Crude diagram:

First check your fuses. A common fuse that shares this circuit is the courtesy/dome light.

the dome light fuse is located on the driveside under the dash it should say dome

The fuses on a 03-06 600rr are under the left mid fairing. opposite side as the tool box.

Remove the shifter plastic cover(the one with the cup holders)...just pry it out with a flat head screwdriver.youll see two Allen screws remove them and proceed to pull the lighter panel.Piece of cake.

there is two boxes, one at the engine's side and the other inside the car just in front of the driver's side under the driving wheel area, search there until you find it, its attached at the upper side ; its in the upper side from the fuel accelerator, hope that helps :)

C/LTR Fuse is in the Passenger's Side Instrument Panel Fuse Block. See page 6-65 of your "Owner's Manual", under Section 6: Service and Appearance Care - Electrical System - Fuses and Circuit Breakers...

There are two screws in the top of the dash facing around the instrument cluster above the clear shield,two more screws underneath near the steering column.Remove this next pull the fan switch knob and temperature switch off(slides off towards you).Remove the plastic knobs one for vent,heat,bi-level,etc, and fresh,recirculate off(straight pulling off towards yourself) they just stick onto the metal end where they attach.Now there will be one Phillips head screw exposed closest to the gauge cluster that once the gauge cluster facing is removed and,remove the two nuts that are at the fan,temp setting since the knobs are off.The only thing left is one screw behind a plastic cover plate on the right side at the fresh air knob.Use a small flat head screw driver to lift it up and remove that.Know the plastic with the vents,cubby hole, will come free.This will give you access to the 12 volt/cigarrette lighter.Disconnect the plug to it,not sure how this is held in place exactly.Just remove it and buy a new part,these are pretty common and the aftermarket versions should fit with a standard two prong plug in.I would suggest taking the original to the store to ensure a proper match.Hope this helps take like 10 minutes to remove parts above at most.You may have to use some needle nose pliers to pull the fan/temperature adjustment switch covers.

The fuse box is located under the cover just to the right of the parking brake release handle.

The fuse box is under the hood in the front in a black box.
