Well, this could be a variety of problems, including the thermostat. Check fluid levels. See if your water pump is leaking. Heater core lines may be clogged. Flush the system, and CHANGE the thermostat. Try to get all the air out of the system. I would have a hard time believing that if you are only blowing cold air, and your engine is responding correctly and the idle is not going up and down, your heater core is probably blocked.
