I think you've just about had your money's worth out of that little feller. Replace all that floor pan and you're going to find the crossmembers are rotted, so it will fail inspection anyway. And just how many miles do you expect to squeeze out of that little 3 cylinder engine after you've done it all?

Well,it's a FOUR cylinder,and thefloor can be replaced,i replaced mine from yhe firewall to the back door,and the rockerpanels,don't give up.Of course I did all the work myself,if I had to pay someone I would have got another one and kept T2 for parts.

The most common cause of this problem is this: The handle that you pull on to move the seat usually has a couple of small wires attached to it that go to the "Locks" on the rails under your seat. One or both of these may be broken. The other not so common cause is that the rails under your seat have become bent or rusted from moisture. The only real fix for this is to pull out your seat and replace it, or on some seats you can pull off the whole sliding assembly from your existing seat, and get a new seat from a scrap yard out of the same model and year vehicle and pull the slider assembly off of it, and re-attach it to your seat.

raise the seat adjustment lever and slide seat all the way forward (until its runner contacts the leaf spring and stops)- depress the leaf spring stop with a screwdriver raise the adjustment lever and slide the seat forward about 1 1/2 inches- reach under the seat and detach the tension spring- then just slide the seat forward lift it off the tracks and its done

to re install grasping the seat with backrest folded forward or better balance place it into position over the tracks and slip the inner runner into its track pull seat toward you slightly and insert the outter runner into its track-- raise the adjustment lever slide the seat back and reconnect the tension spring--

Look inside the wheelhouse you'll see plastic rivits holding the flare. Cut the heads off them. The rivits are a one time use. Then reach you hand into then bumper. There should be 3 clips going from flare into the cover. Squeeze them to release them from cover. Now you should only have the plastic clips holding the flare to the metal 1/4 panal. I would just pull hard to remove it, and replace the clips. But you can try to use a small pick to release the clips from their sides, if you need to try to save the clips. But even the pros still break a few...

gel coat is thicker and more durable than paint. any good auto polish will bring the shine back. if you are going to use a electric polisher, make sure you don't go too fast to prevent burning

I don't believe they do. They should have different frames and thus different mounting points. The YZF1000 is a much larger bike.

No because Bondo is a brand not a product. If you are referring to plastic body filler, then the answer is also no. you must sand a refinish the area appropriately for a vehicle to look good.
