Open the tailgate and lower it. In the upright sill of the fenders both on the left and right you will see the tailgate catch mechanism One screw is located inside the hole of the catch and the other located below that is plainly visible. Remove both of these screws and gently pry out the taillight assemble forward. These can sometimes seem stuck. The taillights housing have tapered bayonets that secure the housing into the post holes of the fenders. They will come out if you gently work on removing them in a forward direction out of the holes. Once they are out you can change the bulbs that need to be replaced with ease.

There is a little U shaped spring clip between the handle and the door panel that you need to pop off. You can usually remove it with a screwdriver. Its hard to see but its there. Just slide the screwdriver between the handle and the panel. It may take several tries but eventually you will get it and the clip will come off and then you can slide the handle off. You may want to try to watch though because sometimes the clips fly off and you can't find them. Good luck

The complete hub and rotor assembly have to be removed in order to drive out wheel studs to separate the rotor from the hub. So, remove wheel, remove caliper, remove caliper bracket, remove axle retaining nut, remove 4 bolts holding hub assembly to spindle, dissconnect ABS sensor harness, remove hub assembly, remove all wheel studs then separate rotor from hub.

No. There is no switch or key lock feature to manually turn off the passenger side airbag. If there is no one in the seat it will automatically turn off.

The seat has a sensor that senses when someone is sitting in the seat.

When you first put the key in the ignition turn it to the on position but do not start it. and pump the gas pedal three times right away. Then wait about 10 seconds, then it should reset

Reprogram the PCM

Press your odometer button (black stem sticking out from below your MPH gauge. Press it in and you should get your trip meter. Press and hold it in and it will reset. Then drive safely. Any time you want to look at your mileage or trip meter just push button once. to reset press and hold. Enjoy

This problem is under factory recall and may be repaired at dealerships for no charge.

There were no cabin filters on the 94 blazers.

Can't easily access the filter from the side. You'll need a end fitting cam lock filter wrench. This allows access from the bottom of the filter

owners manual say 4.5qts if you change the filter out as well 5qts is what you need.

I have a 04 Colorado its easy..... put the key in run and push the GAS IN 3 TIMES and its fixed!!

I have a 2002 Impala and have had issues with the pass-lock system for a long time. When I first bought it, the doors would unlock or lock as we were driving down the road, on their own. Also, because of this issue, the battery would not last long, normally a couple of day. We had it in the dealership for a couple months on and off and they eventually said that the key fobs were bad and/or the batteries were going dead. They replaced the batteries and fobs and the problems went away for quite some time. Now I've got a new problem where the car just plain won't start. For some reason the OEM security function is setting off the starter kill. I bought new batteries for the fobs, still happened. I removed the batteries from the fobs all together, still happens. I am currently trying to figure out what is causing this new issue with the starter kill.

The abs light is on because there is a problem with the abs system. Until the problem is fixed the light will remain on. Once the problem is fixed the light will reset itself after a short drive.

I just replaced the headlights on my friends '04 Chevy aveo hatchback.

1) Open Hood

2) Behind the headlights there is a large round rubber gasket surrounding the light and wiring, pull the tab at the bottom of this gasket until it starts to come loose from the headlight assembly.

3) Pull away the gasket as much as possible, exposing the rear of the lightbulb.

4) There is a single metal piece that loops around the back of the bulb and secures it in two places. On the left side (when looking down into the hood), you must press it in (towards yourself) and then press it away from you. This will unhinge that side and should allow it to pivot away, thereby un-securing the bulb.

5) Pull the bulb out and then pull it away from the wiring connection on the back. This was more difficult than it should have been.

6) Replace the bulb with the new one and repeat steps in reverse to secure.

The passenger side was a bit easier due to the fact that there was a bit more space available to maneuver. I was able to do it on the driver side without removing the battery.

Added: I just used this same method on a 2005 Suzuki Swift+; which I believe is also the same as the Pontiac Wave too. I had to do the drivers side, but there was no way I could have done it without taking out the battery.

On the drivers side below the alternator at the end of the coolant hose thermostat and housing are one piece.

Colorados do no not have a PVC valve, they use a fixed orifice system. The PVC pipe is the main componet of the system. Checking pipe for leaks is the only service listed.
