If you are referring to reattaching the mirror to the glass you can get a kit at most local aftermarket parts houses. The kit consists of an adhesive and a primer solution in a glass tube. Follow the instructions closely on the packaging. REMEMBER!!! Make sure that you take careful note of the mirrors location and which side of the mirrow tab attaches to the window. Gluing the wrong side to the glass may have you at your local glass shop spending cash for a new window or a repair. CornFed

That really depends upon where you go. Changing the regular serpentine belts at a Goodyear repair shop cost me $50. I would get a few estimates, but that is all you can really do.
I just got an estimate on replacement of timing chain and components which are all sold individually . including labor$1100.00 and that's if it hasn't broken and caused more damage

Hi, I have to add that I have a '97 and I went out to find the flasher. All I can say is that I can hear it, but I can't find the darn thing. It sounds as if it's near the radio...but I'm befuddled. So just a small thing is the fuse first, it's located below the dash on the left. The other fuse is under the hood but that one is also for the ignition. I hope someone is able to locate the flasher itself. Steve H.
Make sure your gas cap is tight and is sealing good, if it's not sealing good then the light will come on. Also a blown fuse can also make this happen on my 2000 Tracker the light came on because of a blown fuse going to the daytime running lights and the interior light luckily I discovered it before having something replaced that it didn't need.

16 valve engine not put in a Tracker till 1996. 1994 Tracker is 8 valve (but a Sidekick may have the 16 valve in 1994) Actually there were 16 valve Trackers before 96. I have an early 95 which is 16v version. I believe 16v engines started somewhere between 91-94. I do know that the valve covers usually state 16 valve when it is. ,the spark plugs in a 16 valve are waaayy down in the top of the engine,you need about a eight inch extention to get at them
From previous experience with other GM cars, I would check the ground connections in the wiring harness and at the bulb connections to see if maybe there is a corroded or loose connection. 1 loose connection in the entire circuit could cause this problem, and it can be difficult to trace.
Hi, The refrigerant used has been R-12 in these older vehicles. Today, the refrigerant used is R-134a. Vehicles that are still using the older R-12 should convert to the newer R-134a. There are many places that can convert your car to the newer refrigerant. I had a car done at a local Oil Doctor but most places that advertise air conditioning service can make the change. Steve H. you can also get a conversion kit at a local parts store like performance parts or advance or any of the chains, it cost me 35 bucks, if your system has not operated in a while you need to get a vaccuum check. if there is a leak in the compressor another 30 bucks can buy some stuff to fix it, if there is a leak in the lines, it may be as simple as a 20 cent o-ring or a new line but the fix stuff for the compressor does not fix lines just compressor leaks.

I had a similar problem on a dodge pickup, after having soom work done at the dealer there was a rattle that was driving me crazy....after many trips back to the dealer a young mechanic found the problem.....there was a small metal tag at the back of the engine that probably became loose while work was being done on the vehicle the rattle was only heard when I let off the gas....after the tag was removed I once again drove in peace.

Hi, I can only offer a suggestion, has it been a while since you operated your hubs? If it has been a while then maybe they are frozen and need to be taken apart, cleaned, greased and put back together. It's an idea because I have have manual hubs and mine were frozen because they hadn't been used in a long time. I couldn't save one but the other I was able to save. I purchased a new hub on EBay and I'm OK. If you find your hubs are gone then try EBay and see what you can find. If you live in a snow area like me, then you probably want hubs NOW, well there may be no easy way out. One last thing to try is to try and engage them a few times and see what happens. Good luck. It's pretty easy: You have to disaseemble the whole center console, starting from the rear cup holder, there are two screws (one on each side)...remove them to gain access to the next set of screws which will be the unit around your e-brake and gear shifter... you will see the lillte bulb then. Note: To access to 1st set of screws, move both front seats all the way forward....and you will find one screw on each SIDE near the rear cup holder.
