1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
3. Remove the dust boot from the steering gear.
4. Remove the intermediate shaft lower pinch bolt and disconnect the intermediate shaft from the lower stub shaft.
5. Remove the fluid line retaining clips at the pump, then disconnect the lines.
6. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
7. Remove the wheel and tire assemblies. Disconnect the tie rod ends from the steering knuckle.
8. Remove the remaining brackets and clips at the crossmember. Support the body safely with the appropriate equipment, to allow lowering of the subframe.
9. Remove the rear subframe mounting bolts and carefully lower the rear of the subframe approximately 5 in. (12.7cm).
10. Remove the rack and pinion mounting bolts, then remove the steering gear by maneuvering it through the left wheel opening.

The 1994 Chevrolet Astro V-6 engine temperature sending unit can be located on the front of the engine. The temperature sending unit will be next to the thermostat housing.

its cause it has no spark or fuel. try getting it top dead center pull the number one spark plug out and stick ur finger in the hole have some one bump it over jus keep barley doing it and when u fell air push out STOP then pull distrbutor cap off and make sure its pointin to that cylinder then put it all to gether if its not point in towards it while tryin to start it gently turn the whole ditributor (so u have to lossen the nut a little not to much enoff to wers u can turn it) and that should solve ur problem also look down the throttle body or carb watever it is and smell if it is gettin gas.

A mass air flow sensor can be found on vehicles with fuel injectors. There are many step by step videos and written instruction manuals that show how to take off this sensor and clean it with a cleaning product purchased at an automotive store.

Remove visible screws and those behind plugs. The armrest probably removes as a separate piece and may have additional screws behind it. Pry off the electric lock knob from the linkage if so equipped. On a front door, remove the rear view mirror positioning knob from its housing by loosening the set screw in the bottom of the housing with a small Allen wrench. Pop loose the nylon fasteners around the bottom and sides. A special tool makes this easier, without tearing the shoulders of the fiberboard backing of the panel where the tab of the fastener fits. Once everything is free, lift the panel straight up. The wires to the window switch, if so equipped, may need to be disconnected from the back of a rear door or armrest of a front door.

check fuel pressure while accelerating if it drops replace fuel filter. these filter are small and clog fast if there is more then 20k miles on filter its clogged. if pressure check for codes and go from there

The knock sensor is designed to adjust the ignition timing to avoid pre-ignition / spark knock.......... low grade fuel or fuel with excessive water may cause a p0325. Any time the computer / PCM / ECU can not adjust the timing enough to eliminate a knocking noise it will set the code. It can also hear other knocks such as noisy mechanical components, like , rod knocks or lifters / tappets (oil pressure problem) that are too worn, or a loose timing chain, or it can be caused by an EGR system malfunction. Remove the water supply hoses from your 1985 Chevy heater core. Remove the heater core retaining bolts. The heater core will come out. Reverse the process to install your new heater core.

If there are no screws holding in the lens, then you will have to remove the inside panel behind the lights- just enough to reach your hand in . Once you have that off,you ought to be able to reach in and grab the socket to remove the bulb.

Its funny cause I just had to replace most of lights a few moments ago. Here's what the owner's manual says:

1. Remove the two inboard nuts on the assembly.

2. Pull side assembly rearward to clear studs.

3. Rotate side assembly on the outboard side releasing the upper clip.

4. Slide assembly slightly upward to release lower clip.

5. Reinstall the clips to the side assembly.

6. Remove the three nuts on the taillamp.

7. Remove the tailamp from the vehicle.

8. To Remove, squeeze the tab on the side of the sockets while turning them counterclockwise.

9. Turn the bulb counterclockwise to remove it. Install the new bulb.

10. Reverse the above steps to reinstall the lamp.
