Are there any dinosaur bones in Pakistan?
Of course, but there isn't enough interest (due to their national religious beliefs) or resources (due to the ongoing war and internal conflict in pakistan) there is enough evidence of dinosaurs and many safe locations by which to excavate dinosaur bones that there is no need for pakistans fossils as yet. Maybe next century.
What is the world largest meat eating animal?
it is the carcardon megalodon shark if its still alive.(:
As water is a basic element in life on earth, it is not logical to assume they did not.
There are however animals that normally do not drink water as such. This because they get the moisture needed from their food. An Oviraptor could weigh in at 60-100 kilos. It is doubtful that such a sized dinosaur would be able to get all its moisture from prey alone.
Our knowledge of dinosaurs is very very limited though. All we have is indications of what they ate.
This goes for water as well. We know that all animals, being reptiles, mammals or birds, even insects, need water, so the logical assumption is a clear Yes to the question.
Can you use tap water to grow Triops?
yes but make sure that its not any water that may have any bad things in it, like really high or low pH or any chemicals
What does a dinosaur from Hawaii look like?
It depends on what is meant by dinosaur. The islands of Hawaii are relatively new in geologic terms, about 30 million years for the oldest part of the chain while the age of the dinosaurs ended 65 million years ago. So while there may be fossilized remains they would not be of dinosaurs.
Why is Dinosaur Provincial Park a World heritage site?
According to Unesco, it "...contains some of the most important fossil discoveries ever made from the 'Age of Reptiles', in particular about 35 species of dinosaur, dating back some 75 million years." So it has an "outstanding universal value" information taken at "Heritage is our legacy from the past, what we live with today, and what we pass on to future generations. Our cultural and natural heritage are both irreplaceable sources of life and inspiration. Places as unique and diverse as the wilds of East Africa’s Serengeti, the Pyramids of Egypt, the Great Barrier Reef in Australia and the Baroque cathedrals of Latin America make up our world’s heritage." information taken at Well, in order to be certain of what was said here, I personally sent a question to Travel Alberta asking exactly what was asked here and here follows their answer: "A "World Heritage Site" is defined as a cultural or natural site, monument, city or geographical habitat that is deemed irreplaceable and threatened. Dinosaurs Provincial Park is deemed as a World Heritage Site because it is an irreplaceable geographical habitat. Alberta's badlands (Dinosaurs Provincial Park) contain the greatest concentration of Late Cretaceous dinosaur fossils yet found on Earth. To date 35 different dinosaur species have been found in the area as well as over 300 first-quality skeletons have been found. The reasoning for so many fossils in the area is as follows: Seventy-five million years ago, what is now eastern Alberta was a low-lying coastal plain at the edge of a large shallow sea. The climate was subtropical, similar to northern Florida today. Countless creatures flourished there; fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, primitive mammals and about 35 species of dinosaur. When some of these animals died, they lay in river channels and mud flats so their bones were buried in new layers of sand and mud. Over time, a combination of pressure, lack of oxygen and deposition of minerals produced fossil impressions of the bones, teeth and skin of those creatures that once roamed ancient Alberta. Over more time, new layers of sediments covered the fossils and preserved them. And so it was until the end of the latest Ice Age, 13,000 years ago, a mere wink in geological time, when glacial ice scraped off the upper layers of rock. Huge volumes of melt water carved deep into the soft sandstone and mudstone strata, exposing the fossil-bearing sediments and, in the process, creating the Red Deer River Valley. We hope this clarifies why Dinosaurs Provincial Park is a World Heritage Site. If you have any further question please do not hesitate to ask. Would the meat from dinosaurs be edible?
You ever tried eating a chicken? They're pretty good. I've also heard Quail is pretty good, but I've never had any. Although, a nice general rule is that all Galloanserae dinosaurs are pretty delicious. Turkeys belong in that group, and Romans used to eat Peacocks. So, theres that.

What was the gestation period for a dinosaur?
Dinosaurs were reptiles and layed eggs.
Most dinosaurs are believed to be egg layers, so there was no gestation period for them. However little is really known about them except for what little can be learned from their fossils, but that is only guesswork and speculation.
yah it was not reallly known....................22@)(

Why wasn't the extinction of dinosaur on antarctica great?
Dinosaurs were reptilian. Reptiles are cold-blooded, which means that instead of generating their own body heat they rely on the heat of their surroundings in order to function properly. Therefore, they avoid cold surroundings, like Antarctica.
What major event in Earth's history began about 225 million years ago?
The major event that began about 225 million years ago was the Triassic-Jurassic extinction event, which marked the end of the Triassic Period and the start of the Jurassic Period. This event led to the extinction of approximately 50% of marine life species and set the stage for the dominance of dinosaurs in the Jurassic Period.
How many geologic time periods did the dinosaurs live?
The Dinosaurs lived in 3 Geologic time periods-The Triassic, Jurassic, and Cretaceous.
These 3 time periods where the three periods of the Mesozoic Era, which is also known as the Age of Reptiles.
