Being a doctor is a profession. Indeed being a hospital doctor rather than a GP is a profession. However working FOR a particular hospital is employment.

Writing dialogue is not as hard as you're letting it seem. You have dialogue all the time -- it's called talking. If you honestly cannot think of what your characters are going to say to one another, you need to go take a break and go somewhere out in public. Sit somewhere in the middle of a crowd for one to two hours and just listen to people talking. Then, go home and write down some of the things you heard people saying. That's dialogue.

When you need to have your characters talk, just pretend it's you and a friend (or several friends), and have them say something you'd probably say in the same situation. Then imagine what your friends would say in reply, and go back and forth that way. As you become a better writer, your characters themselves will "tell" you what they want to say, because they become like real people to you.

Well they would come and see any patients that are under their care specificity ones that will be getting operated on. They will do a few operations, talking with the relatives and patients after each case. Most cardiac surgeons will also have out patients so they will probably see a few of them too and order tests ect. They will do some paper work, check patient progress ect. Sometimes meet with the patients again, update the nurses on their condition and when finishing shifts they will tell the doctors and nurses on the next shift about their patients condition, requirements and what the plan of action is (this is called handover). Normally you can gain experience as an assistant at a salon. Most salons offer you training while you are in school so you can learn their techniques that you might not learn in school. School is just the basics. When you obtain a cosmetology license then you can either work at the salon and try to build up clients or you can start out at a chain salon to build up your clients and then move to a different salon. It may be hard for you to gain experience at a high end salon if you have no previous experience or clients and you would have to pay booth rental and pay for your own products.
